Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids.
