On 400 square meters of living space, we rent out extraordinary rooms, almost all of which offer a beautiful view of the Asian garden. Our Japanese teahouse invites you to linger and a barbecue area can also be used. We offer a master bedroom with balcony, including guest room for three guests. The fireplace room is designed for four people and the terrace room for three people. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. We're thrilled you're visiting!

The house is very rural, but you can reach the train station in a few minutes and so you can also travel to larger cities or to the nearest one to shop. Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old manor house with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and our forest house can accommodate four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful furnishings give the house its extraordinary character. The Landhaus Karbach is in a completely secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating furniture invite you to relax.

Up to 30 people can stay in the house, 16 in beds and 14 in the mattress dormitory (mattresses available). In an absolutely secluded location stands the Dungeon Mill, also called Altsteedener Mühle in the picturesque town of Runkel. The more than 500 year old listed property was restored in 2011. Although very centrally located, you can enjoy nature in absolute tranquility or actively hike through the Kerkerbachtal.

The "Kleine Villa im Pfuhl" with a large garden is spacious and lovingly restored in 2010. It is great for families, friends and businesses for happy togetherness or relaxation. A group of 10 adults and 4 children best fits in the house. However, more bedrooms can be added in the neighboring house on request.
