You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. Während deines Aufenthaltes steht dir ein kostenloser WLAN Zugang sowie ein TV zur Verfügung. In unserem Apartment findest du ein Doppelbett(1,60x2m) & ein Sofa, welches für einen weiteren Gast als Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden kann.

Wir vermieten die modern ausgestattete 84m² Dachgeschosswohnung mit 4 Zimmern und 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten (+ 1 Kinderbett) in unserem Haus am Stadtrand der Hansestadt Rostock. Krummendorf ist ein kleines und schön gelegenes Dorf und gehört zur Stadt. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen die Oldendorfer Tannen (Waldstück) und direkt anschließend die Warnow. Die Stadtmitte und Warnemünde sind schnell zu erreichen. PKW Stellplätze und ein Unterstand mit Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Hof sind vorhanden.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.
