A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Within walking distance are shops, small shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and a bicycle rental in the village of Hage.

The apartment with balcony is located in downtown Emden, in a pedestrian zone. Nevertheless, it is not noisy. It is rather quiet. Nearby are shops, mostly retail. There are nostalgic lanterns on the street. Every event in Emden is within walking distance. The interesting thing about the apartment is the neighborhood. The OttoHuus is very close, about a 2-minute walk, as is the old inland port with its old traditional ships. More than worth seeing.

The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
