Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Emerald Isle

This is like a beautiful farmhouse. The views are amazing. We have seen geese, a raccoon, an opossum, herons, egrets, and lots of different types of birds, including the elusive Painted Bunting. My favorite though is the Osprey. We have literally seen it several times dive down, and come up with a fish in his talons. You won’t find a better place to relax. We had a couple hiccups, but Evan was quick to respond, and dealt with it very professionally. If I had to change anything it would be the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have an overhead light, just a table lamp. That really wasn’t a big deal, but I found myself reaching for a switch, as I walked in just out of habit. There is an Italian restaurant beside the house, that smells wonderful. We plan on visiting, before we leave the area.

The home was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach access. It was well-stocked with plenty of beach supplies, which our group of 8 really appreciated. Having an EV charger available was also a huge plus. The house had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Brian was very responsive and provided helpful information ahead of our trip.

Host’s were very Gracious and Kind to our Family; they were attentive and had great communication with us as well! We loved staying here and enjoyed the peace around us. Very close to the beach, other attractions and restaurants! Our two little boys loved staying here while we were on a mini beach vacation! Our 1st time at Emerald Isle beach and we loved it! Would 100% recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was the perfect location. Close to the beach, local restaurants, fuel stations, and grocery stores. We loved it and will be staying again in the future.

We were visiting Emerald Isle for a wedding near by. The house was very cute and clean. Nicole was attentive and quick to respond with any questions.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Emerald Isle Escape! For years, my family and I stayed at a house nearby, but after it became unavailable, we were so fortunate to find Johan’s home just a short walk away. Everything we’ve always loved about the area was still right around us, and the beach was as beautiful as ever. The house itself was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Johan was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and easy. You can really tell they care about providing a great stay for their guests. We made more great family memories here and are so thankful to have found such a wonderful place. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great space for a couple and a pet. The studio was perfect for me and my husband and our fur baby! They have gates so he can go outside without wondering off. The patio area was wonderful for the evening rain we got at the beach to sit outside out of the rain. The hot tub was fantastic. And just a short walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back to studio by the sea.

I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely pristine—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every little detail you could think of. It’s clear the host has put a lot of thought into making guests feel completely at home. Speaking of the host, they were truly exceptional—responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction was seamless and thoughtful. The beds deserve a special mention—they were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Honestly, I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and nothing compares to the quality of sleep we got here. The neighborhood was charming and quiet, with fantastic amenities just a few feet away. Whether we were relaxing at the pool or exploring the area, everything felt easy and enjoyable. If you’re considering booking—don’t hesitate. It’s perfect.

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

This condo was a wonderful location on Atlantic beach. The location is right on the water which made Memorial Day an amazing weekend to get outside super easily and the beach was not that busy since it’s 2ish miles from the main circle. Parking was right next to the condo and only a flight of stairs to the room. The pool and outdoor amenities were great for kids! The condo is pretty tight though so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with 6 full grown adults. But all the pictures showed the unit exactly as it is. Stacy was incredibly helpful for check in and gave clear instructions during and after stay. Would stay again!

My daughter and I had a girls weekend. This was our first time at Kure Beach. The place is very nice. The walk to the beach was at most 5 minutes. The outdoor sitting area and fire pit was amazing. The host are very responsive. The internet was out and I messaged them and they responded quickly. It was resolved within 15 to 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

My husband, daughter and pet dog Mocha enjoyed our stay. We very much enjoyed visiting the Shackleford Banks and seeing the wild horses and dolphins. My daughter and I spent some time on their dock our last night and it was very peaceful, I only wish we took advantage of that more as well as maybe kayaking over to the little island across the way. My only fall back was I kept bumping my head on the walls of the apartment but I was the only one that had the issue, my husband ( who is taller) and daughter did not. Most likely my very own perception issue😜

Harry was responsive and helpful. The place is walkable to downtown. We had a great stay.

Fantastic stay! Fantastic, relaxing setting.... we loved the view of the water. There were some cute Easter decorations inside. The two dogs that live there are amazing! We missed our dogs so much and loved that theirs came to visit! Perfect stay for our family!

We had such an amazing time at River Retreat! Felt very safe and comfortable right at home truly. It unfortunately was raining so bad one of the days but that didn’t stop us we still had a great time, make sure you enjoy that sunset on the balcony or catch the sunrise, it’s worth it! :)

Ms Violet and her husband are wonderful people. Had the privilege of meeting them both. My third stay with them.

This house was perfect for a guys fishing trip. Plenty of room for us and the boats and great proximity to the boat ramp .

Kelly’s place is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay & felt comfortable there. Really enjoyed the screen porch dining area looking at the lake. Would recommend. If you are going on the Ancient Cypress Tours it’s a great location to stay, only about 25 minutes away.

This little cabin was in a secluded little spot off the main road. The bnb was spotless and we had everything we needed for our one night stay. The linens were new and very clean. My husband and I stayed with our pup on a long trip from Florida to Ocracoke (to catch the ferry the next day~ 35 min drive) and it was the PERFECT relaxing overnight getaway after a long drive. We saw mentions of lightening bugs in the reviews and were lucky enough to enjoy them during our stay as well! We were thrilled, as we haven’t seen lightning bugs in 10 + years. A storm rolled in overnight and the sound of rain on the cabin was so relaxing. I know these aren’t all things that Lianne had control of, but they were the cherry on top of this perfect little bnb. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Vincent and his wife are so sweet and greeted us right when we arrived with a smile and showed us around. The cabin is very quiet and cozy. They also gave us fresh eggs for our dogs which was very kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also LGBTQ+ friendly and they made us feel right at home.

Mr. Adam has to be THE most prompt host EVER!!! LOL!!!! And oh my LANTA it is just SOOOO gorgeous and cute!!! So much bigger than I thought it would be, I got there so late I wish I had gotten more time!! It was so comfy and perfect for what we needed!!! It is super secluded and PEACEFUL!!! There was so much beautiful wilderness all around and I just can't wait to visit again!!!

The accommodations were quaint and the property was peaceful and lovely. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Hosts were nice and very responsive in their communication. Sparrows Nest is convenient to grocery stores, fuel stations, and a great Mexican restaurant and pizza place! I only wish we had more time to explore the mill pond and make use of the amenities including the kayaks; we stayed here where it was convenient to boating access to join a special group for a PWC trip on the Cape Fear River. It was overall a very nice weekend celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary! Memories made! We will recommend this place to others and will book again in the future.

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, but very peaceful. Great place - fenced in yard for the dog, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for people to hang out, comfortable beds. This is our second time staying and we hope to be be back.
