Central waterfront apartment, charm & groundfloor

The apartment is based in a quiet area on the ground floor. Just steps away from restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to the centre and the beach. In front you have the lovely port. In the back the terrace on the southside that looks out over a small marina. I renovated the place with new airco/heating in the living room (no heating in bedroom), cozy furniture and a new bed. There is 1 extra fold up bed. I have a cycle and hike business in Empuria, so can help out with discovering the area.

The area is residential, central and quiet, 5 minutes walk from the center, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the main beaches and coves.
