Amplia zona comunitaria con salón de verano, donde solo pueden acceder 14 apartamentos, por lo que es muy tranquila. 2 habitaciones para dormir cómodamente 4 personas. El sofá tiene una cama dentro. Dispone de lavaplatos, 2 neveras, cocina de gas, lavadora y secadora.
