Monthly Rentals in Enka Village

Smithson’s place was perfect for us. Very clean and cozy! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that had full pots and pans and spices too! He was so kind to help me with a package debacle and always fast and nice responses. He made us feel at home and welcome. We enjoyed playing basketball on his side of the fence. Very dog friendly and also quiet. I enjoyed reading in the porch every morning with my coffee. Was also close to everything we wanted to go do! Highly recommend!

This places was exactly what we needed, Jacob was always a quick responder, and everything was clean and organized. Totally recommended.

The house was so cute and inviting. Great size kitchen and table. The couches were very comfortable and offered enough seating for our family of 4. The rooms were great with comfortable beds. everything was so clean, we even slept under the sheets. Normally, our family sleeps on top of the sheets because some houses are not clean enough. This house was wonderful and wouldl book again! We stayed at this house during the summer for our son's lacrosse tournament. The location was 5 minutes from our fields, which was great.

Kelly was an absolutely outstanding host. Beautiful person with a beautiful home! I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay more. Walking distance to west Asheville, the cats were amazing, front porch hangs! If I had to describe Kelly’s home in one word: serenity. This place is perfect if spending time in Asheville. Couldn’t recommend more! Thank you Kelly!!!! I will be back.
