It's close to the heart of Bochum as a good public transport connections (U302,U310,U305; bus388, train S1). You can find by walking 3 min. a little park and in 4 min. you've the Springerplatz where every Friday there is a Street Market or you can walk to the Westpark and visit the Jahrhunderthalle.
