Monthly Rentals in Ephraim

This little condo is a perfect home base in Ephraim. It was very clean and comfortable with easy, walkable access to the town. And just a quick drive away from other Door County towns and parks. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location! Centrally located- very close to all our our favorite places (mini golf, restaurants, shopping and hiking). Although we were in town it felt very private. The gardens surrounding the home are beautiful. Colin was easy to communicate with and everything was as stated in the description.

This place is beyond great! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I had never been to Door County before and wanted a place that was smaller, but had enough things to do by it. It has amazing views, the sunsets were beautiful. We drove to Sister Bay to grab food and such, but there are great places that are walkable from here! I will say the road noise is a bit loud in the day time, but other than that it was amazing. I will recommend this place over and over again to people!

We had a wonderful anniversary trip to Door County, largely due to Ruann and Daryl’s place! It’s situated right in the middle of all the little towns we wanted to visit and within a short walk of the beach and multiple restaurants. We brought our corgi with us and there was plenty of room in the cottage for all three of us! The walkable property being very dog friendly was a huge bonus to us! The best part was the binder left in the cottage with a reminder of the rules and a list of restaurants and places to see while in Door County! This made planning our days much easier and gave us some local recommendations as well (would highly recommend walking to the pierogi place if you stay here). We will certainly be booking here again next time we travel to Door County!
