Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Épinay-sur-Seine

Bonjour , i booked this studio for 1 month,and I regret not having extended it instead, because it has already been rented by another person . The studio is super nice, warm, quiet and clean ,everything is in its place and very organized. It is close to Paris, and very easy to reach! Najette is adorable ,she deserves by far her super host badge and it's a pleasure to have met her, human ,and professional at the same time , who are more kind and smiling . I'm super satisfied . I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Tanedice apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were late for checking in due to flight delays we had, but she handled it well to make sure we can get in inside. The apartment was not only spotless but also beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. Tanedice went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and being available for any questions. The location was perfect - close to train but the neighborhood is loud especially at night due to the people outside. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Your attention to detail and warm personality made our stay truly memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Nelson was more than kind as I stayed the night before flying out. He helped me locate a restaurant open on Sunday (surprisingly good pizza) and when I was worried about locating the car rental return, he sent photos which helped immensely and made it much easier to navigate. The place was spotless and has lovely glass doors to open to let in the breeze. The flat was on the ground floor, so a large light-blocking screen allowed for privacy by lowering it to around knee level while leaving the doors open (or closing it to sleep). There are also blinds that let in lots of light, but they’re not helpful if the doors are open. If you want to return a full tank in a rental, I suggest you do it on your way to the flat - the flat is so close to the terminals you probably won’t pass a station (even the one that’s right before CDG) on your way. Also, the dedicated parking was great - perfect for rearranging items in luggage before loading the car. Overall, perfect for my CDG flight!

Thibaud’s place is exactly how it is in the photos. Very clean, spacious and comfortable - the apartment had everything we need. Thibaud is a great host. He was very responsive, communicated well, and the instructions of checking in and out were very clear so had no issues at all finding and getting in to the apartment. This place is highly recommended and would definitely go back again 😊

The stay was great, very well located, quiet place and easy access to transportation. The hosts responded quickly to any questions, I would definitely stay again if necessary.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

It was a super comfortable place and the host was great

We enjoyed the quality of the very large accommodation and with all the amenities. Lionel was extremely responsive to any questions asked. The instructions were clear and given in a timely manner. I highly recommend this host who really cares about the comfort of his tenants.

Peace and quiet and yet close to Paris. By train, you can get there in 40 minutes for €2.50. Train station can be reached within 5 minutes. Apartment does have low ceilings so if you are above 175cm tall, you have to bend over in the doors. Everything is in the apartment so only bring your own clothes. Thank you for a cozy stay.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Had a great trip to Paris. We had rented this apartment for this purpose. We were able to check in earlier! The host was extremely kind. Gave us good tips. House looked perfect and is as described. We will definitely come back on a next trip

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.
