You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Quiet studio near Train Station & Downtown

This studio is completely renovated, it is very pleasant, bright, comfortable (TV + Wifi via fiber) and quiet, facing south. It is ideally located because right next to the Super U and close to the train station and the city center, also close to public transport which will allow you to enjoy the many historical, tourist and attractive places. Kitchen, bathroom and trundle bed (160 x 200 cm) Free parking for 2 hours (Super U) and between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m.

The studio is bright, its 20 m2 area is furnished to make you feel good. It consists of a main room with kitchenette, coffee table, bar table, refrigerator, coffee machine (Tassimo), kettle, dishes. The accommodation will be entirely at your disposal and you will have access to Wi-Fi as well as quality bedding (Bultex bed frame and mattress). Towels and iron are also available. Located 2 minutes from the tram (Aimé Delrue) and 10 minutes from the city center

Following several disappointments, we specify that cleaning must be done on your departure. Non-smoking or outside.

Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen as well as an independent entrance (shared with our cats). As the terrain is sloping, a few steps lead to the entrance to the studio.
