Detached house just outside Nantes city centre in a very quiet street with medium-size south facing garden and private parking space. A cosy house with 3 bedrooms and a spare room with convertible couch. The beautiful river Erdre is only a 10-mn walk (inflatable canoe available). Plenty of shops around. City centre easily accessible by bus and 45mn on foot if you feel like it. The ring road that quickly takes you out of the city is only a 3-mn drive away. Helpful neighbours around....
