For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Läget är lugnt och familjevänligt, samtidigt som ni enkelt tar er in till centrala Göteborg med kollektivtrafik. Busshållplats finns cirka 300 meter från boendet.

This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by tram (10 min departing 800m away). Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.

The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.
