The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment "ton Barkenboom"

A warm greeting from the beautiful Esens, on the East Frisian North Sea coast! The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a zone of 30, yet in the heart of the beautiful '' bear town'' Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is only a few minutes away by car.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. Newly renovated apartment in Bensersiel directly on the dike for up to four people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (double bed and a bunk bed), a bathroom with shower, as well as a living/dining room with an open kitchen. The house has a large play barn and a large playground outside, a paradise for children. The main beach of Bensersiel can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
