We've been there for the second time and both times everything was great :). A very child-friendly apartment with lots of toys and stuff for all ages. We also liked the elevator in the house very much as we could easily get into the apartment with the stroller. Super short distance to the stand. Great garage just everything's great. The kitchen is perfectly furnished, there is simply nothing missing.

Annemarie's cottage is large, beautiful, clean and well appointed. The photos and info in the description exactly match the actual listing. Annemarie is always available and very knowledgeable. The property is very secluded and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the very good value for money and the excellent cancellation policy (in case something goes wrong). We will definitely visit this place again as soon as there is another North Sea trip.

We were a total of 7 people in Christine's accommodation. The two apartments provided everyone with a retreat, yet everyone could also sit together. The house is modern and stylishly furnished and very clean. In addition, it is super equipped, nothing is missing. The garden is an absolute highlight with the swimming pond, the sauna and the hot tub. The play barn, which also has ponies, chickens and sheep, is great for the kids. So they could keep themselves busy even in bad weather. The contact with Christine was always very friendly and she was always available for us.

Super nice accommodation!! Highly recommended! Everything nicely furnished and clean! :) There are only 2 "little things": - directly opposite a church, which accordingly rings loudly on a regular basis - Unfortunately, there were no cushions for the loungers by the pool

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

We were 2 families with 4 children and had a wonderful time. The property has plenty of space. The quiet location is great for relaxing and the children love the well-kept play barn. Everything is in great condition and very well maintained. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the cottage very much. From the amenities to the communication with the owner, everything was excellent. The location is really nice. It is about 300 m to the sea. On this route, you will pass restaurants, bakeries and ice cream parlors. So you have everything you need. The house is very nicely decorated and has a great size. We thought it was great that there are 2 shower rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything is thought of for families. There is a huge selection of games, books and shovels. A special highlight is the beach chair, which belongs to the house. The owner sends a lot of helpful information in advance. The contact was always super nice and uncomplicated. I can really recommend it! I'm sure we'll be back.

Ulla is a friendly hostess, who is easily accessible, but also gives you your space and privacy. The house is spacious, the garden both in front and back offers a lovely place to be in the sunny weather. The nostalgic Beach Basket is a nice tourist addition.

We had a wonderful extended weekend with the family in this beautiful house! It is very spacious, well equipped and ideal for families – even with a crib. We particularly liked the cozy living area with oven, the large terrace with barbecue and the fantastic garden. Everything was clean and thoughtfully decorated. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Heike is a great hostess. The house is very nice, spacious and has a large garden. It is also conveniently located, you can quickly reach beaches or places in the area. In the neighboring district, you will find a bakery, a butcher shop, a kiosk and two restaurants. I highly recommend a stay.

The place was really great and especially the kitchen equipment was really great. I just have one note. The pictures state that the tourist tax is included in the price. I only learned three days before arrival that this is not the case, in my opinion this should have been better communicated or already communicated at the time of booking. But I would book the apartment again at any time and also with this rental, because I was very satisfied with everything else.

We spontaneously booked Doris' house on Friday evening for the extended Pentecost weekend from Saturday to Tuesday. Nevertheless, we were even able to enter the cottage a little earlier and we all felt very comfortable right away. Unfortunately, the weather was not so great, so we could not use the garden + hut. That's a shame, because they're also very cozy. Doris was able to provide us with three large bikes, so we only had to take one with us. From the house you can drive beautiful routes, which we also made good use of. Otherwise, Bremerhaven and Bremen are easy to reach and worth a trip. Overall, our stay was great. Everything was as described and everything you need was there. The Haus im Glück is very cozy and Doris is a super nice hostess who would have been there for us at any time. But since everything was great, we didn't need to ask anything. We will be happy to come back if we come back to the area.

The host is super friendly and accommodating, he even suggested a later check out on his own and offered us a refund on our own because we didn't arrive until a day later due to illness. He came by extra after our check-in via key box to explain all the fixtures to us and had great suggestions on fishing in the surrounding area. Otherwise, the accommodation also leaves nothing to be desired, it is modern and fully equipped. The surroundings are super nice, quiet and private, difficult on foot, but many shops are very easy and quick to reach by car for everyday needs, restaurants and leisure facilities. We will definitely come back again at a warmer time of year.

A lovingly furnished cottage in a quiet location. The equipment is excellent, as you can see in the pictures. A perfect location for two persons. On the terrace, you can sit and enjoy the tranquility and nature. We will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, everything necessary was available, it was quite spacious and well located. It is important for some that the adjacent neighbors, who want to use the sauna, walk directly through the garden, which was initially a matter of getting used to, also because we had a dog with us, for whom it was rather surprising that someone suddenly walked through the garden :) A parasol would complete the equipment, 😊 otherwise we were super satisfied!

There were three of us, 2 people and a dog. We chose this property as dogs are allowed and the property is fenced. The house is very nice, well furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking! On the ground floor is a bathroom, a utility room and the living room. On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom. The stairs to the upper floor is very steep. Our young dog had trouble going down. We stayed for 4 days and visited various dog beaches.

The house is really nice. The kitchen was well equipped. However, you have to read the instructions you receive carefully, because toilet paper, soap and dish towels are only available as leftovers from the previous tenant. 😉 But the Nordseemarkt (a small Edeka with good facilities) is less than 2 minutes' walk away. Bed linen and towels must either be brought by the guest or rented for a fee. The sauna can also be rented for €10 per day - highly recommended. The workspace in the bedroom leaves nothing to be desired. The monitor is great, very large. Keyboard, mouse and printer are available. The location is also great. You can reach the beach of Nessmersiel in just a few minutes by car. The settlement is a holiday settlement and therefore there are many possibilities to eat something or to rent bicycles. All in all, a nice short trip for the four of us. We will be happy to come back.

Volker is a lovely host and this accommodation is wonderful for families or groups of friends who want to relax by the North Sea - the house offers an incredible amount of space for cozy game nights, delicious cooking experiences and time together on the terrace. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back 🤗

Very nice place, perfect location to explore East Frisia. The apartment absolutely corresponds to the description, Michael also gave us a very warm welcome. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance, and you can also walk to the stand in less than 30 minutes, by car in just a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great stay :)

We felt very comfortable in the great holiday home. It is so cozy, everything you need is available. It's fun to cook on the gas stove, sit in the sun in front of the kitchen in the morning, enjoy the beautiful garden in the afternoon and relax in the cozy living room in the evening. Our son and his friend loved the piano room and the soccer goal. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the mattresses very comfortable and in the walk-in closets you can fit everything. We fell in love with the house on the spot!

We stayed with Christian for 2 nights with four adults and we enjoyed it very much! We felt very comfortable from the beginning because the apartment is really very clean and offers everything you need! Also the beds were big enough and comfortable for us! A great little apartment where it can be endured for a few days! For a longer stay then a bit small, but for us it was perfect with 2 adults and a baby for 4 nights:) Everything was very clean and we lacked nothing!
