The daylight bathroom is equipped with a large floor-to-ceiling shower. From the apartment you can reach the beautiful Lake Constance in approx. 5 minutes on foot.

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

In the countryside but close to life

We offer our in-law apartment in the green south of Essen. It is well connected with public transport (bus and S-Bahn), close to the Folkwang University and the Basilica. The Essen trade fair, the university clinic and all tourist spots in Essen and its surroundings can be reached quickly. Velbert is in the immediate vicinity, Düsseldorf can be reached quickly by car or S-Bahn. The apartment has a small terrace.
