The apartment is very nice and very quiet. You can quickly reach the ore railway line by bike, which is a great way to explore the Ruhr area. The apartment contains everything you need for everyday life, it is newly renovated with a ground-level shower.

The apartment is very clean. Nothing is missing, e.g. in the kitchen. Whatever you need for cooking, frying, baking, is there. Towels are also abundant in the bathroom and kitchen. The bed is super comfortable, the stay on the balcony with afternoon sun a pleasure. On foot, you are directly in the countryside, e.g. on the way through the forest to the Botanical Garden of the University of Bochum or to the surrounding fields. You can look into the trees from every window. It was also important to me the opportunity to charge my electric car and that worked out great. Heinz supported me in every way. You can tell that it's important to Heinz and Sigrid to make guests feel comfortable, and I definitely did. I'd love to come back again. - A real feel-good place in the Ruhr area!

I am so glad i found this amazing place where i spent a month enjoying the sights and sounds. A perfect place to get away from it all but still be in touch with the sights. very easy to get to from the airport, close to Düsseldorf and Cologne. Even better inside than in the pictures. Almut and Guido are so welcoming. there was no washing machine in the house and they installed it very quickly. I really enjoyed living in this house and highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything was even better than we expected. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood on walking distance from the city center. Private parking space right in front of the house. Super facile communication with the host. Definetly a place where we would like to return!

We had a very nice weekend in this cozy, modern and comfortable apartment. Even with outside temperatures above 30°, it was very pleasant in the apartment and we were able to spend a relaxing time with two small children and two babies. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. Outside there are swings, a trampoline and plenty of space for children to play. You can tell that Nils and Caro put a lot of thought into the well-being of their guests and go to great lengths. The communication in advance is almost too detailed, so you can really find your way around ;) In my opinion, the overnight price is very nicely chosen - most landlords would probably charge more for comparable accommodation. We would be happy not to have stayed here for the last time for a break :)

What an amazing find! A cozy living space, charming and helpful host, and a beautiful courtyard to unwind in. Close to a wonderful bakery, eatery and park. Michael’s place was a gem. If we find our way out here again, this home is the first one to be booked. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Just a successful weekend for us , there was nothing missing in the accommodation. Jenni is a super sweet and likeable woman who welcomed us very warmly and we felt right at home so we felt right at home . The location is 1 A, you can walk to the Rhine , old town , city , train station in 10-15 minutes . Perfect bakery and supermarket like some restaurants are right around the corner. Just perfect. We will definitely be back !

The cottage is surrounded by greenery and yet is very well connected to the city by bus. We felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Our daughter particularly liked the foosball in the living room. Jens greeted us right upon arrival and gave us valuable tips for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

had an incredibly pleasant experience during our stay with Wolfgang. the space was great and there was plenty of room for 11 people. after our stay we went bouldering at Avalonia, the Airbnb is at a very pleasant distance from this beautiful area. the communication with Wolfgang was also great, always quick response and very friendly. definitely recommended.

Amazing stay with 8 of us, the house had everything we needed and plenty of room for the 8 of us. Great kitchen and fantastic dining room. The location in Wuppertal is super close to the Botanical Gardens, close enough to the station to be useful but far enough to avoid the noise. Would definitely reccomend. Host was super helpful, friendly and responsive.

The apartment is very modern, clean and has an amazing view which makes it very attractive. Henok is very friendly and organised. Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

We booked the accommodation for two for a trade fair stay in Düsseldorf. Thanks to the key box, you are super flexible and the location above the forum is practical, as you can have breakfast there and get groceries. Because of the construction site, the parking situation was a bit stupid, but we always found something free. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, only because the whole building is carpeted, I suffered a little from my house dust allergy. Unfortunately, the sauna was also out of service. Conclusion: good accommodation for the price, we felt very well taken care of.

This was a beautiful flat, extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and the flat felt spacious and light. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
