Holiday rentals with a patio in Fabriano

My husband and I stayed in Assisi for a business conference and were looking for a place that was close to things we enjoy, including food, local attractions, and hiking. Simone's place had all that and more! We appreciated his responsiveness and recommendations as well as help when we needed it on our trip. Simone's place had everything we needed including espresso, coffee, cookware, a washer, and even hair products (drier, straightener) to use so I didn't have to pack the bulky stuff. What we loved most was the little terrace included to have coffee in the morning or wine at night plus the apartment temp. being it was made of mostly brick and constructed into the hill almost. I would definitely stay at Simone's place again! Highly recommend.

Alice was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She sorted a wifi problem quickly.

Bettina and Max were incredible hosts. Their home was beautiful and their recommendations for local restaurants made for a memorable and authentic experience in Umbria.

Ivana e suo marito ci hanno accolti e "coccolati". Tantissima attenzione ai dettagli e cura per ogni nostra possibile necessità. L'alloggio era impeccabile. Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno e non siamo riusciti a fruire di tutte le comodità offerte come ad esempio l'accesso alla spiaggia e la disponibilità di ombrellone. Consigliatissimo come base per esplorare i dintorni!

La casa è silenziosa e dotata di tutto. Pochi minuti a piedi e si raggiunge il centro di Bastia con negozi bar e ristoranti. Emanuele e Sara forniscono un basket colazione super fornito, con latte, te e la moka a disposizione. In poco tempo si raggiunge Santa Maria degli angeli e assisi. molto gradito il consiglio per il parcheggio gratuito. Bravi!

Ein Schmuckstück auf dem Land. Wunderschöne Natur und viel Ruhe. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Italo gab uns tolle Tips für Restaurants und mehr. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Vielen Dank

Appartamento bellissimo, pulitissimo, con vista mare dalla vetrata in cucina. Aria condizionata, sia in cucina che in camera .Spiaggia libera davanti alla casa con ombrellone e sdraie messe a disposizione da Endrio. Spiaggia attrezzata a 50 mt. Ristoranti a 100mt . Pizzeria che consegna a domicilio. Tonia è perfetta, ha esaudito tutte le nostre richieste facendo in modo che la nostra vacanza fosse fantastica. Grazie

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Adoramos a hospedagem! A casa é muito boa, espaçosa, fica num lugar muito bonito de campo e próxima da cidade. Para nossa grata surpresa havia ar condicionado na sala e nos quartos o que nos ajudou muito com o calor que fazia na região. Nossa família ficou muito bem acomodada e aproveitamos bastante!

La casa di Caterina è molto accogliente e confortevole, curata in ogni dettaglio, la posizione è tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere i meravigliosi borghi vicini. La nostra permanenza è stata molto piacevole. Caterina sa come coccolare i suoi ospiti.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch in einer absolut ruhigen Lage mit herrlichem Blick in die Hügellandschaft gelegen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight und fühlte sich fast wie ein privater Pool an – ideal zum Abkühlen und Genießen. Auch der liebevoll angelegte Garten hat zur entspannten Atmosphäre beigetragen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Adriana, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen und jederzeit hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Die Gegend ist perfekt zum Radfahren und Entschleunigen – wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Excellent stay in Orvieto! Close enough to the center but far enough to not be loud in the evenings. Beautiful view as well!

Posizione dell’abitazione in zona tranquilla e silenziosa con parcheggio esterno a circa 5 metri dall’ingresso. La villa, di testa, è circondata da giardino su due lati e da un bellissimo porticato dove poter godere ampi e tranquilli spazi arredati con mobili da giardino e alberi di limoni. L’interno è arredato in maniera essenziale ma con gusto. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e dispone di tutti i comfort. L’host è stato sempre attento ad ogni nostra esigenza per tutto il periodo di soggiorno nella casa. Complimenti ai proprietari.

Our stay at Leonardo’s place was absolutely unforgettable! First of all, Leonardo was an exceptional host—by far the best we’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. As a thoughtful gesture, he greeted us with homemade cake on our first day and even shared fresh zucchini from his garden—such a warm and personal touch! The home itself exceeded our expectations; it was even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was perfect—from the cozy rooms and stunning views to the relaxing pool and the magical fireflies that lit up the night. The entire setting was peaceful, private, and had a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway. My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

I Tre Gigli è una casa piccola ma super funzionale. L'appartamento è nuovo ed arredato con gusto. Dentro c'è tutto l'occorrente per un bel soggiorno per due o tre persone. Noi siamo stati in tre ( io, mio marito e nostro figli di 2 anni e mezzo) e non ci è mancato veramente nulla. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi a piedi e, nei dintorni, c'è davvero tutto. La pulizia impeccabile. Federica una host super gentile e sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande. Consigliato senza dubbio!

We had a fantastic stay at Stefano's place. The apartment is really well situated with close access to all the central sites. It has a beautiful interior, art on the walls and is well fitted out and a comfortable and cool place to be in Assisi. Stefano is a great host, really responsive and made us feel so at home and part of the family. He and Laura are both artists and there is a gallery just outside, we really enjoyed our lesson in making silver rings. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay and experience the art and more. We will be coming back in the future!
