The house is rural, it is about 85 sqm, it is 2 km to the nearest swimming, everything is within 15 km. No events/parties, Max 4 people, not under 25 years, no smoking indoors, no pets are allowed, but there have been animals before. Access to the cottage no earlier than 4 pm, departure no later than 12 pm. Bed linen and towels, duvets, pillows are available. We are very keen that the house should be clean and nice and want the person who rents from us to leave it as they get it. Neighboring house about 40 meters away. Tjörns Golf Course 3 km

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The small house is equipped with a bathroom, shower, made double bed, fresh towels, kitchen with fridge and everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. Quiet, rural but central location with nature reserve around the corner and Hoga Saluhall right next door where you can buy locally produced food. Parking space for 1-2 cars. A rustic house with fantastic nature! Welcome to our Torp, here you can stay a little secluded and private and enjoy bird song with the sea as a neighbor. Take a short walk through the woods to our jetty for some coffee or something refreshing to drink, why not borrow the bikes to take a swim in the ocean? Our favorite thing to do is to cook good food together and enjoy it on the terrace and look out over the forest & sea while the kids can play in the garden with exciting toys. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
