Monthly Rentals in Falkenfels

We felt very comfortable over the Pentecost weekend despite very changing weather thanks to the beautiful apartment.

Really felt at home at Mel’s place! Her and her husband live across the street, so Mel met us and showed us around the house when we arrived. We really appreciated the bright windows and deck, as well as the lovely dishes, pots & pans, appliances, and comfy bed. Everything was great, the nice flowers on the table added a special touch! We had the upper space, and there was a tenant in the lower space, but we never really noticed him. If we return to Mitterfels, would love to stay with Mel again!

the place was great and the check-in super relaxed, Ms. Schmid (The owner) took us directly in Emfpang. Although the furniture was not the most modern, you felt right at home and had everything you needed ready. We would definitely book again if you go back to Bavaria. Value for money unbeatable. 2 WC, 2 showers, 2 bedrooms and a total of 3 beds + double bed, what more could you ask for. The balcony was the cherry on top, in good weather you can enjoy the view wonderfully. The only minimal good-to-know: We were in an attic, this will definitely be quite warm in the summer. Some small bugs have also crawled into the apartment, but it's nature. Didn't bother us! Quite a lot of beams, my partner (1.90 cm) had to retract his head here and there but not tragic. Conclusion: Recommended, everything you need, great location, rustic cozy.

We were able to relax well. The apartment is great and uncomplicated for loading and unloading luggage. The swimming pool is great and we also liked the rest of the complex. The surroundings are very beautiful and were fantastic in the beautiful weather, which we had during our time there. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to stay longer. There is even a possibility to use a washer-dryer. The bed is simple and good, we were able to sleep restfully. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. I think for a small apartment it offers a lot of amenities. Price - performance we found very good. Thank you!
