Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Vallåsen Park, which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country ski trails, is only 25 minutes from our cottage. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house. During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.

Cozy cottage in the countryside in Kristianstad

Cozy cottage (build 2022) in a lovely quiet environment in Kristianstad surrounded by forest, fields and nature. In 2024, a patio was built with a lovely view. 2026 we have upgrade the kitchen with a dishwasher and more storage Our target is to have a clean and tidy cabin.
