Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. If you are more than four people, we have extra mattresses. There is free access to the games room with billiards, table tennis and darts. There is free parking right outside the house, and the town offers a grocery store, pizzeria and grill bar. The Tractor Museum and the Crocodile Zoo are right nearby.

Follow the path to the right along the coast and you are in the wood, go left and you come to Faxe Ladeplads, a lazy wonderful little town. Wide, sand beaches everywhere. Dejligt og komfortabelt hus tæt på stranden. 200 meter ned ad en lille grusvej og du står ved havet. Går du til højre kommer du ud i en smuk skov og til Fedet. Til venstre kommer du ind til Faxe Ladeplads.

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.

We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.
