Studio apartment with bathroom & kitchen area

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Our holiday apartment is located in the right part of a single-family house in Carinerland OT Neu Karin in M-V. Through a separate entrance, the guest has complete privacy. From the kitchen you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and in the outdoor area there is a south-facing terrace. Timberframe house near Marstal Harbour

The house is one of the old and original houses in “skipperbyen” (Skippertown) in the heart of Marstal, build in early 1800’s. The house used to be a bakery (in what is now the kitchen) and a sailmaker once did his magic on the first floor hundred years ago. The house have been restored and brought into the 21st century comforts, while staying true to its history, pedigree and charm.
