What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. We loved how spacious the bedroom was and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd very much recommend. Thank you for our stay Christopher 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed from July 16 to 19. The house is immaculate and well presented. Furniture is beautiful with coffee, tea, suger provided along with cooking utensils and washing amenities. The entire house is superb. The price of stay per night is cheaper than a hotel. You get two beautiful bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet with clothe washer and dryer. Modbury is a beautiful place with the coast a short drive away. I would like to say thank you to the host who provided such an easy service with no bother and I hope we left the house clean and we hope to be welcome to stay again. :)

Jon & Karin have created a luxury home from home, the setting is idylic and the welcome so friendly including a little welcome pack for the essential cuppa. We will happily book again, and again :-)

Some things are different in the UK than the US, and Melanie and her husband were very helpful when I had questions. They even turned off my car lights when I left them on by accident. Grateful to have such a nice, quiet place to stay and such gracious hosts. It was very private. I felt safe there and had everything I needed. Restaurants were close by and nice area. Decor was very cute as well. Also plenty of warm water which was very nice!
