Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. in Älvängen center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there is golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters etc.

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
