Holiday rentals with a balcony in Florence

This place is a gem. A very nice apartment for a small group, with an amazing view from the upstairs terrace. Emanuele was an awesome host and he provided various suggestions on food, restaurants, activities, etc. we were very pleased with the thoroughness of his check in process and the tour he gave us. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence.

I was really happy with our decision to stay here. When our flight was delayed 6 hrs and we ended up arriving close to midnight, we were greeted by the co-host (above and beyond!) who showed us into the apartment and quickly explained everything. The space was as described and so nice to have three bedrooms for our family (parents and college age). There were thoughtful amenities including wine, coffee, juice and most important for the 90+ degree days - water. The location was wonderful too, close to restaurants and shops but not the busiest part of the city. The co-host also kindly offered to arrange a taxi for our departure and all went to plan. I appreciate Eugenio and his co-host for the warmth and care they showed during our visit. I hope to be able to stay there on another trip to Florence someday.

The best place I could find in Florence. The location is fantastic! 20 steps from the station. Also the view (which isn’t shown in the images) is stunning from His apartment. This was our first stop for our trip and it just couldn’t have been better. It matched the romantic energy of Florence. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Id love to come back here soon when I visit Florence again :)

This beautiful and spacious apartment on the Piazza del Carmine was an absolute highlight for our family of four adults while staying six nights in Florence. The location was off the beaten track but an easy walk to everything. (And there is a small grocery store around the corner which was so convenient!) The apartment is on the top floor of a corner building so it was quiet and the views of the piazza and surrounding neighborhood were lovely. We were greeted by Arlene who showed us around and brought us a tray of cold water upon entering the apartment. (Much appreciated in the August heat, as was the air conditioning!) There are 75 steps into the apartment, but Arlene’s colleague brought our bags up for us. We had no issues with the stairs any time during our stay. Arlene came back twice during our six nights to clean and tidy the place. Giulio arranged a taxi for us to the airport on the day of our departure. He was great to work with. We highly recommend this AirBnB!

An amazing apartment so close to everything in Florence. It was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Most of all, Gemma and Marco were exceptional hosts, always willing to help and full of great information about the city. For its location, the apartment was very quiet. Highly recommended.

Lorenzo and Virginia were amazing hosts and their place had so much room!! Perfect for several families to share. The location couldn’t be better; quiet area but walkable to almost everything we wanted to see. All beds are lofted so be sure you are ok doing stairs. We would definitely stay here again and bring friends to share in the experience! Book this unit now - you won’t regret it!!

What a beautiful space; A quant apartment, located just a short ride away on the tram or in taxi from the landmarks. It was artfully decorated and equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you Michela for allowing us to stay in your home and Pasquale, our guide in Florence, who was super helpful and answered all of our questions during our first trip to Florence with my daughter.

Beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The nearby village of Panzano is so picturesque with lovely restaurants. I can also recommend visiting other Chianti towns and especially the market on a Saturday in Greve. The hosts Filippo and his father Carlo couldn't do enough for us and the communication was superb. The villa is so spacious and makes you feel right at home with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a garden with a pool that's just the icing on the cake. It was very warm during our visit and the fans provided were very welcomed. Every room is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. We made use of the large BBQ a few nights and also had a lovely wine tasting one evening which I can highly recommend. We were very sad to leave Villa Reggine and hope to return one day. Grazie!

Incredible host. Incredible house. You feel like you are inside a postcard. The most beautiful views are all around you. We did not want to leave. Just breathtaking.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage mitten in den Weinbergen. Das Haus war gut gepflegt, sauber und schön rustikal eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Mobilfunkempfang nur sehr sporadisch vorhanden, dafür gibt es am Haus selbst genügend Aktivitäten um den Zeit zu verbringen. Der unbefestigte Anfahrtsweg war allerdings steil und sehr uneben wodurch nicht-höhergelegte Autos (z.B. Mercedes C-Klasse) schnell mal den Boden streifen konnten. Davon abgesehen trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The house is located down a hill and is right next to a little river, which in our case was filled enough with water to swim and cool down from the lovely hot weather. We were 8 people in total and still even had a room free at the end. The vesinity was outstanding, surrounded by nature and very cosy. Desiree (the host) was also very helpful with everything and made our stay very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be back! Absolute Gem if you want a detox from modern busy life.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful place. When we arrived it was already very welcoming (we got an own baked apple cake), and throughout the week we were treated with many Tuscan treats near the pool. Any issues we had were very swiftly resolved. On top of that the kindness of the hosts is something we have never encountered before. 5 stars doesn’t do justice to how you are treated in this accommodation, if we could rate 6, we would want to rate 7 and so on. All in all we have had a great holiday and we definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Tuscany!

Une très belle maison pour passer des vacances reposantes tout en profitant de Florence à proximité. La piscine est vraiment très grande, tout est propre, le jardin est très agréable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut : transat, parasol, climatisation, des chambres spacieuses. Je recommande 100%. Et un immense merci à Maria et Beatrice pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. On espère bien revenir. À très bientôt !

This is a unique place. The treehouse is small and cosy. Everything you need is there. Close to the crowded city but also close to the marvelouse countryside. We were there the second time and we love this place in the middle of olive trees, you see the top of the Dome of Firence, the house is in the shadow of several pine trees. It is a magic place for us.

Lorenzo was the kindest and sweetest host and this apartment is in the most perfect location to explore Florence. The entire place is absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are modern and well appointed and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you need including coffee :) Lorenzo went way out of his way to greet us and make sure we weee well taken care of from start to finish . Highly recommend!!!

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

Great place to stay for a week in Florence. Easy to walk to all neighborhoods and sites across the city. Visited in the middle of June, excellent air conditioning in the apartment saved us. Marella also provided a lot of suggestions for restaurants and coffee bars. Check in and access super easy. Be advised the bed is very much on the firm side, so may or may not suit you depending on your preference. Thanks, Marella!

We stayed at this apartment on our weekendtrip. It was really good!! The apartment had really the best combination between hotelfeeling and homey apartment. The bathroom was nice and tidy, the beds were so comfortable and soft, good aircondition. The location was great and you can reach the whole city center within 10-15 min walk. It was easy to check in, and communicate with Federico. Would recommend this 10/10. A supermarket is close by, be sure to stop by Ginos bakery on the opposite side of the street!

Rani was the best host I have dealt with as an AB&B customer. The apartment was spacious, had a great location and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant literally right next door, was excellent. I highly recommend the apartment and most of all the host Thank you Rani!!

No words can describe the beauty of this home. Aside from its decor and size, the host is outstanding. Patrizia greeted us with a warm welcome at the door and gave us tips and pointers on the city. 10/10 recommend staying here because Patrizia is a beautiful person and shows such kindness. The beautiful home itself is just the cherry on top!
