I highly recommend Valentina and her listing. She was responsive, organized, and helpful for our first time traveling to Italy. While we fell in love with Firenze, it was Valentina’s listing that made it possible. Our stay in her listing was the highlight of our trip. My only complaint is that our stay was not long enough.

Was a great stay, totally recommend! Host was super welcoming and offered great recommendations that helped us get into local areas. Showed us around there family store and gave us free wine for the apartment! Truly a wonderful stay and fast response to help answer questions or anything we needed.

Wonderful apartment, clean and spacious. The tram to the city center is nearby and there are nice coffee bars and restaurants in the area where more locals come. It's been really nice!

Florence Gem: Perfect Remote Work Haven and Ideal Location! Our stay at this spacious Florence apartment exceeded all expectations! Working remotely was a dream with the high ceilings creating an airy, inspiring atmosphere. The apartment is incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location is simply perfect - everything within easy reach! We loved starting our mornings with fresh bread from the nearby bakery, grabbing coffee at the local café, and ending our workdays with delicious wine from the wine shop just steps away. Lidl is conveniently close for all grocery needs, making meal preparation effortless. The apartment's thoughtful amenities and excellent location made our remote work experience in Florence absolutely wonderful. We'd return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and authentic Florentine charm!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Fantastic location! We walked and walked during our stay and it was close enough to everything without being in the noisy central blocks. We felt very comfortable and safe and everything worked well. Beatrice was very quick to respond each time as well!

Prime location, in the center of Florence, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Just a few steps away from grocery stores. Host Andrea is a very kind and warmhearted young man, we really appreciated his help.

A must stay when staying in Florence as a couple! Enrico was so friendly and made us feel at home right away. Even though we are sharing his space with him, we actually only ever saw him briefly one other time on our 5 day trip! The rooftop view is one of the best you can get in Florence, we were up there every moment we had. The only thing to keep in mind is if you are over 6”3, going to the bathroom and taking a shower will not be the most pleasant…but it is an authentic Italian home and it is worth it!

A beautiful place that was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Our hosts were a wonderful family which made us feel like we were at home. The home was big, clean and welcoming. It is a pity we were only stopping for the 3 days in this area. Giuliano and his family are very welcoming not only to us but to our children. I will 100% stay here again in the future and recommend to everyone.

Carmelo is a very friendly, helpful and always easy to reach host. He always tried to help us with excursion destinations and always had some tips ready. His place is special and decorated with a lot of love for detail. There is everything you need. We were three people and it had more than enough space for us. Important to know... no chance without a car. You live on a hill with a great view. But that can only be reached by a car. Great olive groves and an incredibly beautiful landscape. We were very happy.

We just returned form a wonderful week in pelago. The house is beautiful and the location is stunning, if you want a relaxing break in private surroundings with amazing views in all directions. We were a group of 9 including four boys aged 4-11 and three grandmothers in their 70’s. The house had something for all and the games room was a real bonus for the kids with lots of Lego which was perfect. We spent most of our time at the pool which is lovely, large and clean and all yours with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Night swims after dinner were a real hit with the kids. We really hope to return to this magical place in the future. Nicoletta was very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommend

The photos provided in listing do not do justice to the place. It is stunning! Spotless, beautifully furnished, in a minimalist fashion, very serene. very close to restaurants and shops. very safe and secure building. thoroughly enjoyed my stay! thank you! highly recommend!!

I had a great stay here. The apartment is in a convenient area just north of the Arno so it’s easy to walk to neighborhoods on both sides of the river. There’s also an elevator in the building which was much-needed for my luggage. The AC is also very strong so this apartment is perfect for summer visits.

Place was really nice. If you are American who loves hot shower with great water pressure, this is the place for you. We been to multiple places in different cities of Italy missed shower from back home. It made us feel like back home. Close to the train station and other public transportation.

The arrival was very quiet, we were very welcome! The space for the car is very safe and practical! The apartment was impeccable, spacious bathroom and great bath. The cleanliness and organization is a 10! Very quiet place and close to the main centre! All great!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place is stunning — beautifully decorated, with a super comfy bed and a rooftop that’s truly out of this world. The location is perfect, just a 20-minute walk to the city center with scenic views and amazing restaurants nearby. Mirjam was super helpful and friendly, which made our experience even better. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed — highly recommended!

I was worried because there were no reviews, but it's as spacious and beautiful as the photos. The room is really well decorated, clean, and smells good. I liked that the bed was comfortable and the mattress was firm. All the amenities I needed were there, and it was really nice that you prepared fruits and drinks! The host is very friendly and responds quickly. Thanks to you, I was able to make a good memory.
