Rosanna has created a beautiful and hospitable B+B. Right from my first inquiry she responded with warmth and enthusiasm for our stay. We had no issue with the accommodation being outside of the wall. Walking into the city was straight forward. Waking up to a thoughtful breakfast which we could enjoy on the terrace with stunning views was simply wonderful.

Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli Lo staff super disponibile, ci hanno consigliato ottimi ristoranti e dato qualche chicca sulle cose da visitare. Camera pulitissima curata in ogni dettaglio, colazione fantastica, tutto fatto in casa, da provare assolutamente la torta ricotta e limone, i biscottini con le mandorle e i taralli al vino ma anche le altre cose sono buonissime. Posizione molto comoda, parcheggio gratuito all’interno della proprietà. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare con più calma.

Posto tranquillo e silenzioso dove godere della pace dei territori. Ottima qualità-prezzo. Camere comode e con tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Meravigliosa la piscina dove fare un tuffo o rilassarsi. Giovanna ed Emilia, due padrone di casa attente e gentili, disponibili nel farvi sentire a casa. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo, da Assisi a Santa Maria degli Angeli, da Perugia a Gubbio. Posto in cui probabilmente torneremo

I loved my stay with Paola in their BnB. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very filling with delicious food. The hospitality show by Paola and her husband was excellent, and I felt very well looked after and safe as a solo female traveller. The BnB is located a very short walking distance from the main centre of the historic part of Spello, and there were a number of great restaurants and lots of excellent shopping with small boutiques with local makers. I’m very grateful for my stay!

Annelie's place was indescribably beautiful! The whole experience was incredible. Annelie really cares and takes care of her guests to make sure you have the most comfortable, enjoyable trip. The place has the most amazing view, and is super cozy. The towns nearby have lots to offer. And the churches and hikes nearby are amazing. A great way to get lost for a few days and enjoy the peace. This one is definitely for the books!

This was by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in my life. It is even more beautiful than the pictures! Loretta and her family are so kind and welcoming. The room was exactly as described and was made up beautifully upon our arrival. Every space was immaculately clean as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves daily meals and Loretta had cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us. It is secluded enough to live out your fantasy of staying in a villa on the Italian countryside but still close enough to town for all your needs such as groceries or gas. It was also just a short drive to Perugia and Lake Trasimeno where we enjoyed some kayaking. Although we found ourselves not wanting to leave ver much because this place felt like something straight out of a movie. Cooking our meals with the view of the countryside was breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here and we would love to make it back there someday.

Fabrizio est un hôte très attentionné, est intéressant a l'accueil, il nous a mis immédiatement à l'aise et en confiance ; il nous a donné de bonnes explications sur la ville de Spello. Sa demeure est franchement exceptionnelle. Bref, je recommande vivement tant pour la région magnifique que pour le logement superbe, et surtout pour la sympathie de Fabrizio. Nous sommes fans de l'Umbria et sans l'ombre d'un doute nous referons un séjour chez Fabrizio.

Abbiamo pernottato qui durante il Cammino dei Borghi Silenti. Colazione ottima servita in modo impeccabile e, su nostra richiesta, in anticipo di quasi un'ora rispetto all'orario normalmente previsto dalla struttura.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Danilo und seiner Frau gefühlt. Die beiden sind sehr herzlich und man hat das Gefühl Familie zu besuchen. Die Unterkunft ist auch super und wir fanden es sehr schade, dass wir hier nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp eingeplant haben und nicht länger geblieben sind. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal den schönen Ort Orvieto besuchen und wir wären ganz schön blöd, wenn wir dann nicht wieder bei Danilo und seiner Frau übernachten würden :-) vielen Dank!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay at Franca's traditional home. It is furnished with interesting vintage and antique pieces that Franca has gathered during her travels. The setting is a short distance (about 10 minutes walk) outside the walls of Assisi, with Santa Chiara being the closest sight of interest. The street is a very quiet one, but be aware that you will need to walk uphill to reach the house. I took the bus from the train station and got off at Porta Nuova, which is quite close to the house. If you have heavy luggage (I had only a medium backpack) you probably should take a taxi. The guest room is quite large and has a door to the balcony, from which there is a beautiful view out over the Umbrian countryside. It was lovely to see lemons growing in pots on the balcony -- in February! Franca is a friendly and outgoing hostess, and her dog Argo is adorable. Breakfast was the usual Italian one (crossant or a pastry, and coffee). Grazie, Franca, arrivederci!

We had a great time at Sofia's artful house. We needed a place to stay during the International Journalism Festival and didn't book far in advance. From all the places that were left, we couldn't have chosen a better one. Sofia is very friendly and will go out her way to help you if you need something. She gave us her adapters because our modern EU adapters wouldn't fit into the original 1950's Italian outlets. On the map, the house looks further away from the historic district than it is. We took the #H bus up every morning (5 minute walk, 10 minute bus ride, bus fare is 2 Euros in cash) and we walked down every night (30 minutes). I can definitely recommend staying with Sofia!

Il luogo è splendido e immerso nella natura, comodamente raggiungibile da Orvieto e dalle principali attrazioni della zona. Gli ambienti e le camere sono semplici, ma molto curati e puliti. Il cibo è ottimo e l’accoglienza cordiale e professionale. Consigliatissimo al 100%. L’unico rammarico è non essere rimasti più a lungo.

Ottima esperienza. Host molto gentile: ci ha fatto trovare l’appartamento già riscaldato oltre che pulitissimo e ben fornito per fare una ottima colazione. Struttura nuova, con due comode camere, ognuna delle quali dotata di bagno privato interno molto comodo e spazioso. L’abitazione dispone inoltre di tutto il necessario per viaggiare con i più piccoli. Ci ritorneremo con piacere

Location molto tranquilla, con galline che razzolavano nel prato circostante la casa. anche la nostra canetta ha gradito la presenza dei pennuti. Stanza comoda, bagno grandissimo, casa a disposizione in tutti i sensi, host molto accogliente e gradevole. Piccolo particolare piacevole: un libro di F. Kafka, molto vecchio, trovato ad accoglierci nella stanza. Non è un particolare da poco. Soggiorno molto piacevole e, se possibile, da rifare.

This was the perfect location for exploring one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. Pierluigi could not have been a better host. The place is perfect. Super clean place, stunning rural views, fresh baked pastries and home made bread for breakfast along with delicious local cheese and hams. Lots of space I’m the room, well equipped bathroom and amazing AC which given the temperature outside was a God Send! Beautiful towns and villages near by. Can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely lovely place and location. Stuart and Katrina are very friendly and accommodating hosts and could not have been more helpful. Our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived later than anticipated. I messaged ahead to advise of this and realising that finding food at that time could be tricky, Stuart and Katrina offered to prepare a Tagliere for us. What a lovely surprise and it was fantastic. They also recommended places to visit both in the area and for our onward journey at Florence. We would highly recommend.

Il soggiorno da Karen e Marco è stato fantastico! Un'oasi di pace immersa nel verde. La casa e il giardino sono bellissimi, curati in ogni dettaglio. I proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! La camera è accogliente, adatta ad una coppia con un bambino piccolo. Speriamo di tornare in estate per poter sfruttare la bellissima piscina!

Ottimo posto, paese tranquillo ma facile da raggiungere! Casa pulitissima e con tutti i comfort necessari. Elisabetta e sua madre, gentilissime e molto disponibili! Esperienza positiva, se ne avrò occasione tornerò molto volentieri!

Alloggio rustico in casale umbro perfettamente arredato con piscina, pulitissimo e rilassante. Per chi vuole godersi relax nella natura. Super consigliato!

Tutto perfetto, camere appena ristrutturate, arredate molto bene, cucina con camino molto carina, stanze pulite e accoglienti, dintorni e vista mozzafiato. Maria Laura e Celeste sono stati molto cordiali, accoglienti, sono stati con noi la mattina, ci hanno fatto vedere il loft, la costruzione della piscina, dato consigli sui ristoranti della zona la sera prima e indicazioni su come raggiungerli. Ci siamo trovati come a casa e torneremo appena la piscina sarà completata! 🙂

La struttura è gestita da una coppia molto gentile e cordiale. Sono attenti ad ogni minimo dettaglio e fanno di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Per distacco uno dei soggiorni migliori che abbiamo mai fatto in un B&B. Straconsigliato!
