Holiday rentals with a patio in Fondi

Mariella est vraiment fantastique, elle nous a renseigné tout de suite dès qu'on avait une question, en arrivant nous avions des gâteaux,le logement est bien, très propre et bien placé pour aller à la plage et aux restaurants. Nous nous sommes rendus en train de Rome ( sauf vendredi, grève des trains), c'est très facile et avons fini notre périple après la merveilleuse ville de Rome à nettuno. Nous avons juste trouver la plage de nettuno sale ( peut être en saison d'été c'est+ nettoyé)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Un piacevole appartamento situato in una villetta nelle campagne di Terracina, ottimo per chi si sposta in auto in quanto dispone di spazio all'aperto ed è vicino a località quali Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova tutte raggiungibili in meno di mezz'ora. L'appartamento è comodo e accogliente e dispone di tutti i servizi necessari, se visitato in una stagione fredda solamente consiglio di portare qualche coperta in più. Gli host Diego e Barbara sono molto gentili e ricettivi ad ogni richiesta e messaggio inviato, pur non avendoli incontrati non abbiamo avuto problemi riuscendo a comunicare tramite messaggi sull'app. Consigliata soprattutto per famiglie o coppie che vogliono spostarsi in macchina per la zona o rilassarsi in un luogo silenzioso.

appartamento moderno, spazioso, comodo, pulitissimo e accogliente, in ottima posizione anche per la dotazione di parcheggio libero proprio di fronte a casa. A pochi chilometri da Sermoneta e Ninfa. Host gentile e disponibile per un check in fuori orario e immediato nelle risposte. Quindi consigliamo assolutamente, grazie da Anna Pia e Maurizio

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

We appreciate the effort of helping us driving to train station - maybe it is not that far by walk, but if you have luggage it is always appreciated to get a drive and our host offered it. Thanks for opportunity to live in very nice place in beautiful Nettuno :)

Soggiorno in un oasi di pace all’interno di un golf club, la casa è immersa nella natura. Appartamento confortevole, pulito con tutti i servizi. I proprietari sempre disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato sia per viaggi di piacere che di lavoro.

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Davide und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, modern und sauber, man kommt gut zufuss an den Strand oder die Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist eher minimalistisch, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht.

Casa curata nei minimi dettagli per garantire all ospite uno splendido soggiorno! Giardino attrezzato di tavolo e sedie, lettini e barbecue per trascorrere belle serate in compagnia e ogni stanza fornita di aria condizionata per le ore più calde! La chicca più nascosta e gradita e’ la doccia anche in giardino…la doccia dopo il mare sotto le stelle è davvero un gran regalo!! Consigliatissimo!

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

struttura impeccabile con tutti i confort il punto forte è la zona piscina la sera puoi usare il barbecue e passare momenti in famiglia consiglio questo alloggio la proprietaria gentile e flessibile anche sul check-out infatti cia a fammi rimanere un po di più senza andare via di corsa torneremo a trovarti

La maison de Severino est grande et confortable. Elle bénéficie d une vue magnifique sur la campagne de la Ciociara. De nombreux très beaux sites se trouvent à proximité et il est possible de se rendre à Rome en train depuis la station de Frosinone à 15 min de voiture du logement. Severino et toute sa famille sont des hôtes particulièrement accueillants et ouverts. Le séjour était parfait.

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Sejurul nostru la Leterra Luxury Apartment a fost absolut minunat! Apartamentul este exact ca în poze – elegant, curat și foarte bine echipat. Ce ne-a impresionat cel mai mult a fost terasa spațioasă, cu o priveliște superbă către mare – locul perfect pentru cafeaua de dimineață sau pentru a te relaxa seara. Locația este ideală: aproape de plajă, dar suficient de retrasă pentru a te bucura de liniște. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă și comunicativă, iar totul a decurs impecabil de la check-in până la plecare. Ne-am simțit extraordinar și vom reveni cu drag. Recomand din tot sufletul!

Abbiamo passato un giorno nella struttura di Domenico e ci siamo trovati veramente bene, un posto ideale se si vuole sfuggire dal caos cittadino e rilassarsi in una confortevole vasca idromassaggio…proprietario amichevole e molto gentile, chi ha consigliato molti posti per mangiare e ci ha illustrato la struttura nel migliore dei modi trattandoci con una gentilezza unica. Inoltre l’appartamento era impeccabile sia dal lato pulizia che dall’arredamento, esperienza bellissima…torneremo di sicuro

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

I was so happy with this apartment. It is so safe and secure which I loved because I was alone. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that comes to Frosinone. There are amenities down the street and restaurants, but I loved having a car and driving around. Alessia and her husband are very helpful and always available. They also checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. I am so happy I found this place 💗🇨🇦
