Holiday rentals with a patio in Fondi

Mariella is really fantastic, she informed us right away as soon as we had a question, when we arrived we had cakes, the accommodation is good, very clean and well placed to go to the beach and restaurants. We went by train from Rome (except Friday, train strike), it is very easy and we finished our journey after the wonderful city of Rome in Nettuno. We just found the beach of Nettuno dirty (maybe in summer season it's cleaner)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

A pleasant apartment located in a villa in the countryside of Terracina, great for those who travel by car as it has outdoor space and is close to places such as Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova all reachable in less than halfanhour. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and has all the necessary services, if visited in a cold season, I only recommend bringing a few extra blankets. The hosts Diego and Barbara are very kind and receptive to every request and message sent, even though we did not meet them, we were able to communicate through messages on the app. Recommended especially for families or couples who want to drive around the area or relax in a quiet place.

modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and cozy apartment, in a great location also for the free parking in front of the house. A few kilometers from Sermoneta and Ninfa. All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Friendly and helpful host, we felt at home!

We appreciate the effort of helping us driving to train station - maybe it is not that far by walk, but if you have luggage it is always appreciated to get a drive and our host offered it. Thanks for opportunity to live in very nice place in beautiful Nettuno :)

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

We were very pleased with our stay. Davide and his wife are very nice. The apartment is simple, modern and clean, you can easily walk to the beach or the city. The furnishings are rather minimalist, but there is everything you need.

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

I stayed in this apartment in Pomezia again and, as always, the experience was great. The house is clean, well-equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our stay at Leterra Luxury Apartment was absolutely beautiful! The apartment is exactly like the pictures – stylish, clean and very well equipped. What impressed us most was the spacious terrace with a gorgeous view to the sea – the perfect place for morning coffee or to relax in the evening. The location is ideal: close to the beach, but secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility. The host was very kind and communicative, and everything went flawlessly from check-in to departure. We had a great time and will be back with love. I highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!
