Charming House with park near Paris and Nature!

We called our house Next Door BLR! Next Door, because everything is nearby! On foot! The train station is 2 minutes on foot (PARIS in 30 min, Fontainebleau in 5 min). The Fontainebleau Forest, the Seine in 7 min. Shops, the market in 4 min. For climbers, Rocher Canon is 2.6 km away on foot. The leisure center (beach, golf, horse riding, tennis) is 2 km away. Barbizon is 10 km away and Disneyland is 58 km away. Our house has all the comforts and a large garden. We will be happy to welcome you!

In the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On large forest grounds of more than 4000m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a sofa bed 120, bathroom with large shower, double sink, independent toilet. Sleeps 4/5 or 6 depending on children.

Située tout à côté de la gare de Bois le Roi, à 33 min en train de la gare de Lyon (Paris). Les grandes baies vitrées de la Kapla House vous immergent sur un terrain privé de 5 000 ㎡ où se trouve aussi notre maison de famille. Les amoureux de la marche, du VTT ou de l’escalade sont à moins de 10 min à pied des bords de Seine ainsi que de l'entrée de la forêt de Fontainebleau. Dans la mesure du possible, nous sommes flexibles quant aux horaires d'entrée et de sorties.

Our house is an old house with the charm of stones and beams. It's not perfect but it's nice to live. Having children, she has everything to welcome children and babies (travel crib, deckchair, high chair, changing table, etc.) It is located in a small, very quiet hamlet. If you take the path behind the house you will find yourself in the forest, ideal for walking or cycling. We have a large number of bicycles of all sizes available.

Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet chalet, in the middle of the countryside and on the edge of the forest 1 hour from Paris. BBQ grill, pétanque game, badminton, ping pong on site. Board games for young and old. Possibility to rent from 11am to 1pm Monday to Thursday. PRE-BOOKING only. Sheets and bath towels for an additional €15. NO ANNIVERSAIRES. Shooting and filming upon request. Check-ins before 23:00 PM
