Holiday rentals with a patio in Fontenay-sous-Bois

Benjamin et Marie ont été accessibles et arrangeants. L’appartement était conforme à la description et proche en métro du centre de Paris. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

We had a lovely stay here! Wonderful location, wonderful host , and very clean and spacious ! We would love to stay here again! We don’t have any complaints !

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

We have stayed at Eva’s apartment several times now and recommend it highly. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, charming and our favourite place to stay in Paris. Eva is a lovely, charming host who knows the area so well. We can’t recommend her apartment enough.

Accueil sympa et efficace. Appartement bien clair malgré la grisaille de décembre. Très clean, vraie cuisine bien équipée. Bonne literie. SDB nickel. Accès magasin tout proche, idem pour le métro avec plusieurs possibilités de correspondance. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This is a lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days. The location is incredible, while it is has lovely outdoor space with fragrant jasmine blooming. Vincent was very helpful and responsive when I was trying to sort out the laundry machine. The beds were very comfortable and the inner courtyard orientation of the apartment meant it was peaceful despite the bustle of the neighborhood. I think the apartment would work best for a small family, as the bathrooms are oddly configured (One bedroom has a tiny full bath, but the other has a shower & sink in it while its toilet is across the apartment next to the kitchen.) and the bedrooms have no windows so we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night for ventilation/air flow. Overall, it was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for a glorious few days in the heart of Paris.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the neighborhood feel. It felt like we were living in Paris and not on vacation. So many food shops, small bistros and a few bars. Ezequiel was very responsive to questions, easy to get into the apartment and the apartment felt safe and secure. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

La maison d’Hanina est très bien placée, nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit, mais l’environnement est très calme et agréable…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guillaume ! La maison est proche de Paris, facilement accessible en transports en communs, et dans un endroit très calme. Le lieu est fidèle à la description, très propre, on se sent tout de suite à la maison, et tout ca à un prix raisonnable. Restaurants et supermarchés sont proches. Guillaume est très sympathique et nous a fait tout de suite sentir bienvenus. Tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci !!

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
