Giorgio's apartment, in addition to being tidy and clean, is equipped with all the necessary features for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Giorgio is also very kind and available to welcome the different requests and needs. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in or around Stimigliano!

The best of Maurizio’s place is Maurizio and his wife. We made friends for life. Maurizio was very attentive and gave us several suggestions on places to visit and eat. The location was exactly what we were looking for. A small apartment with an incredible view in a small village with friendly people, nested on top of the hill where you can enjoy the beautiful Italian countryside. We personally like to visit small old/medieval villages in the top of the hills and we had a blast doing that; also was close enough to Rome for us to go several times since we stayed in his place for 28 days. Thank you so much for everything!

Simonetta is a perfect host, who makes you feel like you're staying with a friend, always ready to give you advice but leaving you privacy and freedom. The place is regenerating for those who want tranquility. The villages around there are one more beautiful than the other (Roccantica, Casperia), and Farfa (perhaps the most beautiful) is not even half an hour away. About 2.5 km away I recommend Bar C'È, great for lunches (amatriciana absolutely to try) with fantastic views and dinners with fabulous pinsa and mega hamburger sandwiches as well as arrosticini etc… The owner Valentina makes the difference… In short, I know where to stay and eat when I want to get away from the chaos of the city again and go buy good oil in the mills around there
