Holiday rentals with beach access in Formia

Anna and Giordano's apartment is located at the foot of the historic center of San Felice, in the heart of the Circeo. Convenient location both to reach the historic center (which is a few minutes' walk away), and to reach the main beach of San Felice (a little less than 20 minutes' walk or a few minutes by car). You can easily reach any point of the Circeo by car, but, by moving a little further, you can also reach places like Sperlonga and Gaeta. The apartment has a private parking space on the other side of the street, but you can still drive to the house to unload and load your luggage. Communication with Anna and Giordano has always been very quick and effective. The apartment inside is well-kept and furnished in a nautical style; the highlight of the house is definitely the terrace with an adjacent kitchen and a spectacular view from which you can enjoy a sunrise with fantastic colors. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful seaside home - perfect for a weekend getaway!

Everything is perfect, newly renovated apartment, modern, tastefully furnished, fresh and practical. Equipped with every comfort, air conditioning and TV in all rooms. The patio/terrace is really a treat. Perfect communication with the host, Stefano proved to be prudent and attentive to the needs of his guests, with friendliness and extreme availability throughout the stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back :)

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very well cared for, creating a "home" atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and finally, the small balcony offers a breathtaking view of the entire bay of Terracina. Beautiful view when you wake up in the morning. Perfect starting point for various walks, adapting a little to the timetables of the means of transport, well served and connected with all points of interest nearby.

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

We stayed at Giulio’s apartment during our trip to sperlonga and it was everything we needed. Having a parking space was very convenient and the location is a short walk to downtown with restaurants and shops. There is private beach access which was also great!

It is truly a great place to stay during holiday in Italy. It is located in a historic centre of Formia and you can feel as if you were a local person. You can touch a real italian life, in fact - you are a part of it during your stay. The house is very cosy, very well equipped with beautiful decorations, a lot of space for clothes and your stuff. In the kitchen you will find anything you need to prepare food. The house has two floors - a living space, kitchen and a bathroom downstairs and a big bed upstairs. If you want/need to, you can sleep on a sofa (big and comfortable) downstairs, so there is a perfect place for a couple or two friends, who want to sleep separately and have some privacy. Federico is a great host - very communicative and kind, he gave us a lot of useful information and answered quickly when we had questions during our stay. Highly reccomended! This is the place to return to.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Excellent place, very close to the beach and a calm place as well. Sonia was an amazing host, definitely recommend.

House surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of the Tyrrhenian sea. Tastefully decorated a little retro typical of Italian seaside houses' 60s: a dip into the past but with all the comforts of today. Very full bedroom furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen. The host is very courteous, flexible and collaborative. A highly recommended experience and for us to repeat. Marco

I recommend it to everyone, clean, nice, everything works, nice view, close to everything. We were with a family, it was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We didn't make any noise, but even during the day, the lower neighbor came up during the day to hear us walking barefoot… it was an inconvenience, there was little space to park on the street, there was little space, we were able to find one, but after a few days since we didn't move, they spotted our two back tires. Our host was very kind to help us right away, but the cost of the two new tires of €400 was bad… of course this is not the host's fault, but it may be a good idea to park the car in a different place every day to avoid the wrath of the locals.

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

Very nice and very clean house. Just 8 minutes' walk from the sea. Gianpaolo was very nice and super helpful, he allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer for check-out and provided very useful info about Gaeta. I highly recommend it, excellent value for money. Thank you

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. We would pick it up because the location is great, like the friendliness of the host. Top

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊
