From the moment we entered through the gate, we felt we had the privacy and the spread for our family to relax together or spend a little alone time. The location just steps from the beach and a short walk to neighborhood markets & restaurants gave our stay even more of home feeling.

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset. From start to finish, Marco was a great host communicating quickly at all times. The location itself is great - we were a family of five so being so close to the beach was fantastic

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

The villa is perfectly located just near the sea (3 min walk). It has three bedrooms , each of those equipped with air conditioners and bathroom. The interior inside is beautiful and comfortable, everyone has their own space and also there is a room for common time . There is everything one would need on the vacation . Our reception was very pleasant and the host and guest assistant have been available all the time should we need anything . Even being with a 2-year old child we have had enough space and rest! There is a magnificent garden, which not only beautiful but also has the spaces for common meals, rest and sunbathing. Everything is very thought through, so I would highly recommend the villa and hope we will come next year as well!

Fantastic location, the house is very comfortable directly on the beach that is not very crowded and clean. The veranda offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the sea. Fresh house, however with air conditioners in all the rooms; very well equipped We had a great time

The villa was perfect! Overlooking the ocean and the mountains, the view was simply amazing. My group of 12 spent three days there and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The internet was kind of slow/non existent at times, but likely since there were 12 of us trying to use it! The house is also very remote, not exactly near to anything, so keep that in mind if you're coming without a car. Overall lovely stay and would definitely come again! Thank you Antonio!

We spent a week at the end of July at Roberto's house. The house is very nice, with a large garden and is in a strategic location. Close to the sea but far from the confusion of Circeo. On the beautiful patio we spent lunches and dinners in the shade. We will be back for sure.

The villa is beautiful and matches the images and description. Very well equipped kitchen and possibility to use the barbecue in the garden. The sea is very close and accessible directly from the villa. Carmen was available and answered all questions very quickly. Highly recommended!!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

I had the pleasure of staying in Salvatore's house in Rio Claro with my family and the experience was simply wonderful. The house is beautiful and quiet, a real retreat perfect for relaxing. It was extremely clean and well cared for, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. In addition, the garden is a corner of paradise where we could enjoy the sun and quiet moments. A great advantage of the house is the proximity to the sea, which is beautiful and easily accessible. With a walk to the beach we enjoyed the blue flag sea. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were very kind and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality, hospitality and attention to detail.

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Amelia’s place. The house is beautifully maintained and perfectly equipped with everything one might need. The garden is lush and full of colorful flowers, and the pool was a highlight—refreshing and well-kept, ideal for relaxing under the sun. Their hospitality truly made our experience extra special. This is an ideal spot for families with children—safe, serene, and full of charm. Just a five-minute drive away is the quaint town of Maenza, where you can enjoy a walk through its cozy streets, visit a historic castle, and discover a few delightful restaurants and a local shop in the center. I love this villa, we were there last year, we came back this year and we will definitely visit it next year. Incredible atmosphere, privacy, mountain and sea views, nature, the villa is very green, there is a private pool. The beach is 15 minutes away by car, supermarkets too. Beautiful sunsets. Mosquito repellent is a must. I would highly recommend this villa.

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.
