Estamos en el corazón de Les Guilleries, a 950 m altitud en un " Espai Natural protegit". Es un lugar ideal para descansar y hacer actividades. Es una masía restaurada, con espacios acogedores, actualizados y un aire rústico. El entorno permite aislarte del mundo, (9 km de pista forestal en buen estado). El núcleo urbano más cercano esta a 1 8km, pero también esta cerca de lugares interesantes de visitar (históricos, gastronómicos..). El prado con barbacoa, es una extensión del apartamento.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. We are located in Ogassa, a town with a great history since coal was extracted from its mines in the middle of the century.
