Holiday rentals with breakfast in Forte dei Marmi

we stayed at Chiara's place for a day and it was just amazing . This was the real Airbnb concept what they started initially. we felt like we are in our own house. breakfast was also good which was given to us complimentary . walking distance from Pisa Central station and airport in a posh residential place. had an amazing backyard to sit and enjoy coffee or drinks. everything was better than what you could think of any Airbnb. Highly recommended.

Bei Massimiliano war es einfach super! Ein herzlicher, immer gut erreichbarer Gastgeber. Sogar morgens um 5.45 Uhr hat er am Abreisetag das leckere Frühstück mit Smoothie und Crostini bereitet und mich zum Bahnhof gefahren! Ich durfte 4 Tage eines der Fahrräder nutzen, was für mich goldwert ist! Das Zimmer, welches ich hatte, ist hell und luftig mit eigenem Balkon. Vor dem Haus kann man toll sitzen, da hat Massimiliano das Frühstück serviert. Man kann die gut ausgestattete Küche nutzen. super. Pinienwald und Strandbagno Maurizio (da müsst ihr hin 》Stefano und Claudia sind total nett und herzlich und das Bagno nicht zu teuer) sind nah, und die Bar 4/20 Electricafé, ebenso ein Highlight. Coole Leute, super Musik, lecker Burger. Wer syrisches Essen mag, geht unbedingt zu Dal Siriano. ALSO, ich war rundum glücklich & zufrieden bei Massimiliano und Alessandra - sie habe ich aber leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder nach Viareggio und zu Massimiliano!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die moderne Einrichtung stilvoll, durchdacht und mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Das Design ist absolut zeitgemäß und schafft eine gemütliche, aber gleichzeitig luxuriöse Atmosphäre. Alles war sauber, gut organisiert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, das Bett bequem, und die kleinen Dekoelemente machen den Aufenthalt noch besonderer. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Lage war ebenfalls perfekt, und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Stil und Komfort lieben.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage auf einem kleinen Berg. Es war perfekt zum abschalten und einfach das Leben zu genießen. Mattia ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und war immer zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos notamment la vue et les terrasses. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants et très réactifs.

Michele hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir hatten sogar einen gratis Fahrservice zum Bahnhof um in den Nationalpark zu fahren, incl. Beratung. Er hat uns sehr gute Restaurants empfohlen und sogar für reserviert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und er ist sehr bemüht um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen. Daumen hoch, herzlichen Dank Michele 👌🏼🥂

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The location is excellent (about a 10-minute walk to the train station), which made it really easy for us to visit Cinque Terre, our main goal for the trip. The host, Pina, was extremely helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Die Unterkunft von Alessio war nahezu ideal für unsere Strandtage in der Toskana. Supermarkt und gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Tolle Sandstrände sind nur ein paar Fahrminuten entfernt. Den Strand in Marina di Pisa haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir waren durchgängig am freien Orange Beach in Tirrenia. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Alessio! Einziger Negativpunkt sind die sehr laut schließenden Eingangstüren des Hauses und der Nachbarwohnung. Das stört aber nur, wenn die Couch als zweites Bett genutzt wird. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und danken Alessio für seine Gastfreundschaft!

Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele, pomogli zorganizować wycieczkę do Cinque Terre. Tuż za zakrętem jest przystanek autobusowy, autobusy jeżdżą dwa razy na godzinę, około pół godziny trwa jazda autobusem na dworzec kolejowy La Spezia. Apartament przyjemny i czysty, ze stolikiem i krzesełkami na zewnątrz. Jest położony przy ruchliwej ulicy, ale da się przeżyć :)

What a great Airbnb! You could walk almost anywhere in Pisa from the apartment. Check-in was easy and Davide was quick to rep!y to any questions. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay, plus it was super clean. We highly recommend it!

The location is perfect – Pisa is a small city, and this apartment is very easy to reach from anywhere. It’s close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The place itself is spotlessly clean and impressively well-maintained. The interior design is beautiful and full of character – you can tell a lot of thought and love went into it. Everything we needed was there: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living space – it truly felt like home. We were able to relax completely during our stay, and we really appreciated all the small touches that made a big difference. If we ever come back to Pisa, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Die Unterkunft von Sara ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof, der nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist, sind wir bequem Richtung Cinque Terre gestartet. Eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge und zum Entspannen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Maria est une hôte très agréable une belle personne avec laquelle nous avons eu plaisir à échanger. Très réactive et soucieuse de notre bien être et toujours à l’écoute pour répondre à nos questions. Vue magnifique, endroit paisible nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Giuliana in Lerici. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, und für den Check In wurden wir vom Parkplatz abgeholt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der belebten Strandpromenade und dem Meer und auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Und obwohl man in einer belebten Umgebung wohnt hört man abends auf dem Zimmer kein Lärm von draußen. Wir haben noch eine ganz tolle Strandempfehlung bekommen und waren jederzeit mit Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks versorgt. Giuliana ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank

The apartment had an amazing location because it was 2 minutes walk from the tower of Pisa. The Airbnb felt homely and comfortable. We slept really well each night. There was a stunning view over the mountains from the balcony, that I spend half an hour each morning enjoying. I really enjoyed spending time with the 2 dogs (Schnauzers) that live with Cristina, who are very friendly. I hope I can stay again next time I visit Pisa!

La Forestaria is truly an amazing! Not only is it beautiful and peaceful but we had so much fun there! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone! It was a very quick drive to Lucca and near anything you may need! If you’re staying here I would also recommend trying to join one of the cooking class hosted at the location! We had an amazing time and I truly hope we come back one day!

Clio is an amazing host. She is friendly, funny, and makes you feel at home. Her mom made us the best breakfast which we sat outside and took in the incredible view before riding the e-bikes on the beautiful river side trail. We absolutely loved her dog, Brodo, he was so pleasant and had good manners. We wanted to take him home with us we loved him so much❤️ out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this is the one we will definitely come back to. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was refreshing and relaxing while looking out over the town. It was everything we wanted and more. Thank you, Clio. See you soon!
