Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Freiburg im Breisgau

We were 8 people on site (6 adults + 2 children). The accommodation is exactly as described in the photos. We were informed in good time and questions were answered quickly. We enjoyed it very much. We'll be back.

The previous evaluations have raised high expectations, which have been consistently met. Everything that has been written so far is true! The prepared hiking trails are particularly great, some of which start right at the house. After hiking, relaxation in the sauna, then a cozy evening in the beautiful apartment. Only one disadvantage: we were there for too short a time! So only recommended, and indeed host and holiday home, you live and live effectively as on cloud 7.

We felt very comfortable here and would come back anytime 😊 the accommodation was very clean and tidy, there were many excursion destinations nearby and Tamara was always quickly accessible and helpful 👍🏽

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, we talked a lot with them. The setting is superb: small pools of water where we can feed the carp, very well maintained. A perfect cottage where nothing was missing, very clean with a jacuzzi to relax and above all a very quiet environment. We'll be happy to come back. Thank you to our hosts who were so kind and concerned about our well-being.

We just spent 3 days at Lilia's and no complaints. 20 minutes by car to Europapark... the best. Quiet... well arranged and Lilia is available if needed

Claudia and her family welcomed us warmly. The accommodation was well maintained and we even received snacks and a squeeze for our little daughter as a welcome gift. Super great and attentive. I would recommend Claudia's accommodation again and again.

Six of us spent 4 nights in the beautifully renovated house. It's all exactly as described in the listing, just more beautiful! Laure welcomed us very warmly, and you can't help but feel comfortable right away. We were lucky enough to have very good weather. But I think even in bad weather you have plenty of options. A perfect place for a relaxing break. We would come back anytime - thank you for the wonderful holiday.

Great stay in a great location.

We had a really nice stay in this clean and cozy apartment. Everything was very well maintained and we felt welcome from the first moment. Hosts are incredibly friendly, helpful, and warm – you can tell right away that they care about the well-being of their guests. We were particularly pleased with the great tips for excursions and restaurants in the surrounding area. Also the little touches, such as the coffee for the first morning, were just super nice and made the start of our vacation particularly pleasant. The apartment is quiet yet easily accessible – perfect for relaxing days. Thank you so much for everything – we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Perfect place for hiking and walking in the southern region of the Black Forest. A comfortable and roomy apartment. Nice hosts. Good town to stay, easy acces to stores. Easy to get around to Freiburg and beyond. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing stay. Rebecca and Tony were the loveliest hosts, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our adventures (which were wonderful and aplenty). We’re so grateful to the whole family for making our stay so welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful property and to explore the local area. It really is an enchanting place, lush and green with so much to see and do. We were struck by the rich biodiversity of the region and how quiet and pristine it is. As a family who are passionate about nature and enjoy nothing more than spending time together outdoors, this was the prefect base. The property is nestled amongst tree-covered hills with beautiful wildflower meadows spanning the valley and you’ll find a stream at the bottom of the garden. The balcony offers dreamy views out towards the picturesque landscape where you can enjoy the soothing soundtrack of birds, the bells of the goats on the hillside and the stream. A little slice of paradise!

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

We had a wonderful stay in a haven of peace and nature. The accommodation is very well equipped, allows privacy despite the adjoining owners. Our hosts were charming and gave very good advice.

We can only agree with all the other comments. In the Lerchennest you can feel completely comfortable, Jens is always available and very friendly and proactive. From Aach/Dornstetten, you can also quickly reach and enjoy many excursion destinations in the Black Forest. The animals and the sauna are the icing on the cake for a successful stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was incredible with amazing screening experience. Claus was very helpful, gave amazing local recommendations, proactive. The airbnb was impeccable. Would recommend 100%. We would love to come back :)

The cozy log cabin with garden is located in a quiet, green environment. It is very clean, well equipped and pleasantly bright thanks to the large skylight. Wolfgang is a friendly and attentive host who proactively informs and responds very quickly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

an exotic stay, exactly what we were looking for. The hut is faithful to the simple, functional and efficient description to contribute to a change of scenery and return to the true sources of a simple life without the artifices and futilities of city life... thank you very much!

what a nice, beautiful cottage with logs, a real mountain cabin. is located in a beautiful area. have made nice trips and walked wonderfully in the area 😀

We wanted a place where we could find privacy and peace. Well, that's definitely worked out! Nice quiet place with a view of the city. Too bad we didn't stay longer. The outdoor shower takes some getting used to with warm water, but otherwise it's a very nice place!

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most of them can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so there are many leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit chilly, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. The breakfast was magnificent and far too much for two people. We would have liked to eat more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Recommendation = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

We had a wonderful long weekend in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by sheep when we ate in front of the hut. The cottage is very nice and very lovingly furnished. It is quiet and private, surrounded by beautiful nature. The communication with Lucas was great. He responds very quickly and inquires proactively. All instructions are detailed and helpful. We would very much like to come back.

We had some wonderful serene and sunny days in Pierre and Katia's mountain cabin. Incredible flexible and friendly hosts and we felt right at home from the first second. Beautiful location and spacious cabin. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trail, the outdoor bath and daily cuddles with Snow (the dog) whom our own dog also found a friend in. Al fresco dining everyday. We had daily excursions to nearby Alsace attractions with advice from Pierre and the children are still talking about the welcome bowl with candy (and Snow of course! ;) Cabin is warmly recommended
