Holiday rentals with a patio in Fresnes

A wonderful location, with good tram and bus connections and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Private and with a beautiful balcony. An attentive and helpful host. After exploring the city during the day, it was nice to return and relax. Highly recommended!

Very clean, pleasant accommodation in a quiet environment, intended for two people. The kitchenette allows quick meals but a kitchen common to all the studios allows meals with others. This room on the ground floor provides access to a charming garden where there are tables and chairs for an outdoor meal or a drink. The whole place is decorated with taste. We will come back without hesitation if we have a chance. We recommend the studios of Villa Voltaire.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. Very clean apartment, but above all very well located: close to the Robinson RER and merchants making life easier when you are pedestrians. Nathalie was very accommodating for our arrival and very available to guide us We strongly recommend this listing and its owner

A cozy air bnb with everything available that you need. Paulo was immediately available for any possible issues. The Metro Station and grocery shops are nearby

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) at the property for five nights. We really enjoyed it as a starting point for excursions to Paris. The RER train station is only a five minutes walk away. You can reach downtown Paris in 20 minutes. A bakery and a small supermarket are only 100 meters away. We enjoyed it very much and we highly recommend the accommodation.

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

Great weekend, Loan welcomed us very well, the accommodation is exactly as indicated, they are always available! Everything is clean, functional and it's very cozy. We'll be happy to go back.

Solveig and Julien's accommodation is very nice, clean and functional. The neighborhood is quiet, green and flowery, well served by shops and the tram is nearby. Beautiful park with small lake, water games and children's playgrounds at a tram station. It takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour by public transport to reach the key monuments (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Cité des Sciences, etc.). Solveig and Julien are accommodating and discreet hosts.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

It’s a good size apartment for Paris. Having two bedrooms an bathrooms allowed us space. One thing to note is one of the bathroom is without the WC/ toilet which is a separate ( almost like a powder room but without a sink). It seems this is very typical of Paris apartments. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access of pots/ pans/ utensils/ dishwasher/ oven was a huge plus for us. It’s residential area so it was nice to see the local bakeries and grocery stores. Metro is very close.
