Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. In the middle of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - idyllically located and surrounded by forests and lakes – lies our listed farm. The uniquely quiet location invites you to linger. Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances. The description refers to the smaller apartment.

The 200 year old pisé home offers all modern comforts, including a full kitchen, heating, wi-fi, and a furnace. It is located amidst a 3000 square meter charmingly wild garden with fruit trees, a barbecue spot, a tree house, a trampoline and a sandbox. Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.
