The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. This circumstance and the loving furnishings contribute to an inimitable atmosphere. The pictures give you a first impression.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher complete the comfort for a relaxing holiday.

Cozy house on the dyke, fantastic apple garden with private sauna and terrace and direct access to the dyke, own garden bench on the dyke overlooking the Elbe and beach right outside the front door! Peace, relaxation and pure nature guarantee a relaxing vacation experience. On not so nice days, the fireplace provides coziness. The kitchen is well equipped and has two induction plates, a small mini oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a smoothie maker

Historic thatched-roof house

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Der Deichkieker (mit Glasfaser-Anschluss)

In dem Luftkurort Friedrichskoog-Spitze lässt sich das Wattenmeer und die frische Nordseeluft erholsam genießen. Als Wochenendtrip zum Durchatmen oder längerer Familienurlaub, unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung „Der Deichkieker“ liegt direkt am Naturschutzgebiet „Nordfriesisches Wattenmeer“. Meldet euch gern bei Fragen. INFO: Der Kurpark und der Deich wurden in 2024 und 2025 umfangreich saniert und modernisiert und laden zur Erholung ein.
