Charming old town house in the historic center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. Completely renovated in 2020. Large bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the first floor. From there you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden presents itself. A new wooden staircase leads to the "Holiday Office Workplace," as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.

The vacation home is located in the small idyllic town of Wasserkoog near the North Sea. The spacious garden offers a wide view towards the southwest of the countryside and the sunset in the evening. You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition.
