Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. It has wide doors and from the parking lot to the terrace everything is spacious. The toilet has large support handles and an emergency call line, where in an emergency you can acoustically and visually draw the attention of the accompanying person in the living room. The kitchen and living room are in one large room. Here, too, there is high-speed Internet and Netflix on the TV. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it on our property at a wallbox.
