Located in Eryri (Snowdonia), a mile from Llyn Tegid- the largest natural lake in Wales, surrounded by the Arenig, Aran and Berwyn mountains. Local activities include watersports, walking, climbing, road / mountain biking. One bedroom, (one double and one single bed). Kitchen / diner and shower room. This mid-terrace cottage is situated in a hamlet, two miles outside of Bala, a gateway to Snowdonia National Park with pubs, restaurants and outdoor activities. Our cottage is surrounded by farms and hills, a perfect spot for a getaway. There are walking paths in front of the house, leading you through the stunning Welsh landscape; Llyn Tegid (Lake Bala) is a 5 minute drive away and Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) 60 minutes. The beaches by the Llyn Peninsula and Barmouth are only 45m away. Pet free.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

A break with so much more included! For a couple or a family with two children. High in the hills above Bala, at the end of our isolated "Long-house", is this cosy self contained cottage. With stunning views from over 1000 ft are the grounds of “Caerau Gardens” for you to make use of! There is an adventure playground in the woods and Llyn Creini over the hill.
