Apartment about 40 m² for 2 people. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a free public parking space right outside the door. Private bathroom, work area with Wi-Fi and kitchen with everything you need. Washing machine and dryer. In the immediate vicinity is a park with a river with the possibility of sports activities, relaxation & recreation. Subway station outside the door, which goes directly to the trade fair and Nuremberg city center. 1 station from Fürther Central Station.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Diese individuelle Ferienwohnung ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang eines Architektenhauses im Bauhausstil. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

Welcome to my lovingly furnished apartment in the middle of downtown Fürth! Here you will find the perfect base for exploring the charming old town, cozy cafés, restaurants and numerous shopping opportunities on foot. You can also easily reach Nuremberg in a few minutes by public transport. Especially popular with families: The famous Playmobil Funpark in Zirndorf is just minutes away and makes the apartment the ideal starting point.

Fürth - Gabi's small apartment

The small, cozy 1-room apartment is located in a rural area that still has optimal connections to public transport and is therefore centrally located. The house is located on the street in a 30 km/h zone. You have to expect a little traffic noise. By car it takes about 5 minutes to Fürth in the city center, and about 15 minutes to Nuremberg. The apartment is really small! Approx. 18 sqm of living space! A little tight for 2 people!

Apartment near Playmobil, U-Bahn [subway] v.d.Tür, balcony, underground parking

You will stay in our lovingly furnished 33 m² apartment directly on the Rednitzauen. Fürth's old town is only a few minutes' walk away. The Fürther Mare (thermal bath) is within walking distance. U-Bahn [subway] connection right at your doorstep. We have sleeping places for 4 guests. Children and dogs are welcome. We have furnished the apartment with a lot of love for detail and hope that you feel comfortable.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
