Die kleine 3 Zimmerwohnung befindet sich in einem romantischen Sandsteinhaus mitten in einer ländlichen Wohngegend. Die Felder des Knoblauchslandes beginnen direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist gut. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 100 Meter vom Haus entfert. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5 Minuten in der Fürther Innenstadt, nach Nürnberg sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Die Messe Nürnberg ist 20 Km entfernt und man braucht mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten.

Die Wohnung umfasst 2 Schlafzimmer mit einer Größe von 20 qm. Die Schlafzimmer haben 1,60 x 2,00 Meter große Betten. Das Wohnzimmer hat ca. 25qm und bietet genug Raum zum relaxen oder auch für einen Spieleabend. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ist erst vor kurzem so wie die Ganze Wohnung Kernsaniert worden.

High above the rooftops of Fürth, you can feel completely comfortable in our modern apartment. Just 25 minutes by car to Nuremberg Exhibition Center. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. Apartment is fully equipped. Shops are in the immediate vicinity. There are numerous opportunities to do something nearby. (Playmobil Funpark, Fürther Mare, as well as the nearby city park) Bus stop 50 meters from the house!

The apartment is very central – in a short time you can reach Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The metro station is about 200m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV) you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, there are personal items in cabinets, drawers, on the walls. However, I will set up enough free fans for you - I hope that is ok for you 😊

The very bright and newly furnished apartment is in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and shopping for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The metro stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. The journey time to Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by metro and 12 minutes to the exhibition centre.

If you stay at this centrally located place, Fürther Klinikum is a 2-minute walk away. Likewise, the U-Bahn (U1) station Stadthalle Fürth is about 7 minutes walk away.
