Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Friendly and helpful hosts. I definitely recommend staying at this property for relaxing evenings on a breathtaking terrace.

We had a great long weekend at Enrico his villa. It was a very nice and clean place. Well organized. A beautifull garden and a lovely pool. We as a family of 4 had a great 5 days. Would recommend for everyone. Enrico is a great host. Very supportive and helpful. A very kind host.

House with attention to the smallest details to guarantee the guest a wonderful stay! Garden equipped with table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue to spend beautiful evenings in company and each room equipped with air conditioning for the hottest hours! The most hidden and appreciated gem is the shower in the garden...the shower after the sea under the stars is really a great gift!! Highly recommended!

Silvana is a wonderful host in many ways. We were welcomed better than at home. We will carry both Silvana and the beautiful quiet town of Conca Casale in our hearts. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Perfect for us in the middle of the old town with a fantastic completely undisturbed roof terrace with 365 degrees view of the city and the sea. Top cozy apartment with everything we needed - beautifully decorated with a living room and a large bedroom and a cozy office space. In addition to a good kitchen with everything we needed. In the center of the old town with a square and several restaurants nearby and a small convenience store around the corner with fresh bread and everything we needed. Pulsating Italian life. So that someone in their comment suggested noise from the restaurant on the ground floor. A little loud Italian on Saturday, but for us it was just charming and you just have to close the window to avoid the noise. Also saw a comment that there were no smoke detectors in the apartment. That's not true, fire alarms are installed. Summary from us, - perfect!

Raf is a precise, friendly and extremely helpful host. I stayed for 5 nights and it's the first time that the host halfway through the vacation offered to come and change all the linens in the house. In many years of stays with Airbnb, it had never happened to me. Very nice and cozy apartment located in the historic center of Terracina. Virtually all restaurants within a 300-meter radius. When you arrive at Raf's house, even if you forgot something, you'll find it in his home. I'll be back to see her. Thanks again!

What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

This is a lovely house in a great seaside location. The photos are very accurate. Parking for multiple cars is a problem as the gate to the home is narrow but we were able to park a small FIAT and a larger vehicle inside the gates. Other than the parking challenges, the house is very well equipped, has nice linens and is very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again. Sandy

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

The four of us stayed at Giovanni’s apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very comfortable. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen/living room space. It takes three minutes to reach the beach, which we did every day. The center of the city is 5 minutes away which is very convenient. Giovanni and his spouse are very kind and provided us with useful tips about what we could do in the area which we followed. They also took the time to talk about life in general which we found really enjoyable. We felt at home right away and would go back anytime.

La Bougainville was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100% accurate. The house was spacious well kept and beautifully decorated. The main floor had a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a sitting area overlooking the sea & town, a gorgeous patio with the same view. The second floor had 3 BRs & 2 baths; 1 queen, 1 twin & a 3rd with 2 twins together with more on 3rd floor. There is an apartment some stairs down from the patio with 1 BR which my daughter loved . The host & her son were extremely helpful in answering any & all questions. The very few concerns that we did were quickly addressed. A few things to be aware of:the house is on top of a hill & almost impossible to walk to by foot. We had to call car service every time we wanted to go anywhere. This was a minor inconvenience to us given the beauty of the house. The house is 100 years old so the amenities are not state of the art, but well maintained & in perfect working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Bougainville.

This was the best airbnb experience I have had in a very long time. My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely perfect time. Sandra is the most lovely host imaginable: she was attentive, thoughtful, generous, and kind. She gave us excellent local recommendations, left a welcome drink for us, and gave us fresh eggs for our breakfast. The space itself is truly wonderful: clean, comfortable, and well designed with everything you could need to feel relaxed and even spoiled. You can just feel the amount of care put into the space while you're there. The area is peaceful and convenient: there's a grocery store nearby and plenty of good restaurants and fantastic beaches are just a short drive away. We're hoping to be back to stay at this gem as soon as possible!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

The house is beautiful and only a few minutes drive from Cassino. It is calm and the garden is the perfect place to chill. We had a lovely stay !

We arrived in the place we expected: Quiet and equipped with everything you need, the photos do not do justice to the beautiful nature that surrounds this house. Certainly not a place for those who expect to find a five-star hotel, but certainly suitable for those who love peace and nature Sandro was very kind and attentive to all our needs, immediately proving to be welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended for those who love to experience nature, and by car in a short time, you can reach a fantastic sea!

We had a wonderful 7 days at this beautiful villa. The hospitality was excellent, we had the instructions and all the information needed to have a pleasant stay. Our arrival went very well and we have the instructions to get there quickly. Even during the stay, Luigi was very responsive in answering our questions. The villa is very comfortable, located in a very quiet environment with a nice view of the mountains. Shops are close to 5 minutes by car or even walk there. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The villa has all the modern comforts, the rooms are spacious. You're all set and tastefully furnished. Exteriors are well-maintained. Luigi takes care of guests, leaving some foodstuffs to start your stay. We highly recommend this villa and the host.

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back
