Our stay in Maria's apartment was really pleasant: the house is cozy, very clean, equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, very functional and practically new. The location is very convenient to visit the surroundings also for those who, like us, use public transport to get around: train station very close, bus stops equally and boarding for the Pontine islands a few minutes away by foot. Many places in the area, shops and supermarkets are very close. We felt right at home: also flexible check-in and check-out, allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. An apartment that we highly recommend: if we go back to Formia, we will definitely come back here. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Impeccable apartment, with absolutely everything you need, the perfect location with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bakeries nearby, and a balcony where watching the sunrise is wonderful for sea lovers 🌊. Sara was always attentive, which helped us a lot since we were traveling with our 8-month-old baby💙👶🏻. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay. The house was delicious, clean, equipped with every comfort. The owners put us at ease from the beginning and went above and beyond. The surrounding landscape is even wonderful and has nothing to envy to more acclaimed vacation spots. It's been a week of total relaxation, good food, beautiful sea but above all a sense of peace and well-being away from the chaos of the city. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! We thank Nico, Franco and Donatella for the wonderful welcome they gave us and we hope to be back soon

This apartment has everything, it is perfect for those looking for a quiet and super comfortable place at the beach. The location is great, overlooking a beach that is always uncrowded. The beach is free but a stone's throw away there is a lido for those who want that option, we opted to experience it free of schedules and constraints. It's a clean area, and the sea has always been clear and with shallow water, perfect for those like us who don't swim. Paola was super nice and helpful, she welcomed us as if we were friends by introducing us to her family and having pleasant chats on the beach. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, from linens to dishes. We always had lunch and dinner outdoors in the porch overlooking the garden, which is always shaded and airy, but the real treat is the window wide open to the beach and the sea and the sound of the waves that lull you day and night. We had a great stay at Vento Verde! The apartment has an amazing large balcony with a beautiful view where you can peacefully enjoy both the morning coffee and the evening pizza/wine. Equally short walking distance to the beach and the picturesque old-town. There is a few steps/hills to walk, but nothing we could not manage with a 1.5-year old and a stroller. We highly recommend the place!

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

Nice and quite big apartment with loveley surrouding, terrace and balcony. Loredana was very welcoming! You will need a car to get to the (big & nice) beach (15 min) and the next villages (10 min). We occasionally heard some dogs at night. With windows closed it was alright.

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.

Very small apartment but equipped with every comfort. We stayed one night in three. Care in every detail: from home products, to heating and ventilation systems. Whatever you needed in the apartment was there. We enjoyed the Pass for parking and proximity to places we were interested in. Anna Rita is very kind and available to provide us with information about restaurants and various.

We had a great stay in Formia! The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with reliable Wi-Fi that worked perfectly throughout our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, great for relaxing after a day of exploring. The highlight was definitely the viev - absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping scenery of both the mountains and the ocean. The beach is within walking distance, though the return involves a bit of an uphill climb, so it's best for those who don’t mind a little exercise. That said, the tranquility and the view at the top are well worth it. We'd happily return!

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. We would pick it up because the location is great, like the friendliness of the host. Top

We stayed at Pietro's, a really friendly and helpful person in everything. The house was presented as described, a somewhat retro but very welcoming style, equipped with all services and above all air conditioners, 1 for each room, which were vital in these extremely hot days. Unfortunately, it is not very close to the sea and it is necessary to move by car or moped, but I think it's still worth it

I have been to many AirBNB’s but never have I seen one as well stocked as this lovely home. There was everything we needed for a family dinner upon arrival! Maria Teresa is a delight. Very responsive and full of helpful suggestions. Easy check in and check out. Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms and very light and airy. This house is close to old town, which is a must. Also, very close to the best beach. We will be back and highly recommend.

beautiful apartment, as soon as you entered there was a beautiful, well cleaned and furnished scent. Breakfast included with packaged products, if you want something fresh in front of the apartment there is a bakery /pastry shop that makes great cookies (and much more )... we have stocked before leaving. Denis is very kind, always available and very respectful in respecting our privacy once you enter the accommodation. We'll definitely be back!

We were accompanied by the address indicated to the apartment by Mrs. Sonia, who was immediately very kind and helpful, along with Roberto, throughout the stay. The area is really very quiet and the balcony view opens to valley. In general, all the spaces in the room were spacious, bright, and clean. The bathtub was greatly appreciated, although we were unable to activate the hot tub (I don't know if due to actual problems or our incompetence). Various products have also been provided for both bathing and cooking, so even for longer stays there would be everything you need. For check-out the owners were really very permissive, as there were no reservations for the next day. If you are driving, Lenola is definitely an excellent base to visit nearby areas as well, such as Gaeta. Absolutely recommended for those looking for peace of mind!

Great accommodation for visiting Formia and Gaeta, close to many services and restaurants (within a few minutes' drive). Comfortable and well-organized house, in a residence, on the ground floor with independent entrance. Perfect for a family like ours (parents, two daughters, a dog). Nice neighbors. We found the fridge with cold drinks and a courteous welcome. Our 38 kg Labrador Argo had a great time, thanks also to the fenced outdoor space. Every day we went for a walk to the nearby Roman Porticciolo and inside the Gianola Park (within walking distance). Early in the morning, the dog often bathed. The park offers picturesque routes on the sea and interesting Roman ruins. Inside there are activities for children and adults (during our stay there was a concert on the beach of Porticciolo Romano). In the vicinity of the house there are several cats, but the presence of the dog kept them away. Highly recommended.
