Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Gålå

The cabin is a beautiful spot on earth with a fantastic view. With the two stoves you can create a nice cozy warm cabin, especially when it's bitterly cold outside. We were -18 degrees. The icing on the cake of our stay was the aurora lights we were allowed to see. The proximity to the ski slope was very convenient for us. We were very happy that we did not have to use our snow chains and our car with the good winter tires always made the mountain effortlessly despite snow and ice smoothness.

A great villa with many accommodation options. Especially great: the two huge Lego boxes 😍 It took some getting used to that the two bathrooms have separate entrances, but are only separated from each other by a shower curtain. However, this was also described in the property description. Oyvind was also helpful in finding a ski school or recommending restaurants! All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Very cozy, small house at the end of a farm. We stayed one night before continuing our journey, but when we arrived the beds were made and the lights were on. Quick and friendly communication with the host. We would have liked to stay longer. Optimal number of guests will be 2-4, but works well with up to 6 where 2 sleep in the living room. Very good beds in the bedroom and bed linen everywhere. Thank you!

The house was as described and everything necessary was available. It is fantastically beautiful in nature and my husband and I with our dog felt very comfortable there. The communication with Jeroen was great, everything very thoughtful and he gave us a few valuable tips. Gladly again!

We felt right at home. The house is beautifully situated above Favang with a great view. We were greeted nicely and had everything we needed. Communication with Julia was excellent. We had enough wood for the stove to make ourselves comfortable. We were able to spend a nice week skiing. For cross-country skiing, Hafjell is better suited and also only 30 minutes away. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay in the accommodation. The apartment is large and everything you need is there. We spent two weeks in Norway and this was one of our favorites.

Perfect place for cross-country skiing lovers!!! The slopes are just at the bottom of the stairs 🤩 Walking distance to alpine station and grocery store. Very quiet place and paradise Anne Sofi's place is impeccable!!!

Very easy to check in and find. The apartment was beyond expectations - sparkling clean and perfect for someone like me with a dog - cool now in the summer and peaceful. What a great experience it was to spend a few winter days in this cozy hytte! Pink-coloured sky in the morning, skiing in fresh snow as well as on freshly prepared tracks, breathtaking views of the Rondane mountains, lazy evenings with warm food and books and even such rarities as the northern lights and nacreous clouds were the highlights of our stay. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful.

Very easily a top-notch AirBnB experience — 10/10! Ivar and Astrid go above and beyond sharing their accommodations and cultivating a charming, cozy stay rich in family history. A peaceful oasis surrounded by nature for the adventurous. We adjusted our trip to spend more time here! Each detail — from the furniture, kitchen amenities and sauna to the radio, book collection, and wood burning stove — made us feel right at home. We hope to be back one day.

Super nice cottage. You have to make a few compromises in terms of comfort, but a stay in the cottage slows you down.

If you enjoy hiking, mountain biking or gravel cycling and peace and quiet, then this is a wonderful area. For wintertime of course skiing.The house is beautiful and fully equipped.
